I sold and purchased through Parker’s back in the summer and the service we experienced was second to none, Simon and his team are brilliant, I felt I was kept in the loop about everything and Simon did everything he could to make sure the whole process went without any problems. We sold our home within a month of it going on the market, their rates I believe are good in comparison to some agents whom I was quoted, and they are an efficient team and they get the job done. They communicated well either via telephone or email, we had Charlie and Simon assisting in our move and both were extremely professional and knowledgable guys with a wealth of experience, we felt very happy letting them deal with everything on both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property. If I was too ever need an estate agents again I would 100% choose Parkers!

Excellent service from Simon and the team at tilehurst. Our property was only on the market for a matter of days before we agreed a sale. Plenty of viewings generated and we were really happy with the price achieved. Parkers were great at keeping us updated with properties to buy. Very pro-active compared to other agents that we had registered with. We ended up buying through parkers as well and Communication has been spot-on throughout the legal process. Relocation is a difficult process, especially so when you are moving in from abroad. At these times every little advice, kind word and support helps. Having a letting agency that really cares and goes out of their way to help you is a life saver. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and support they offered me. They made the move in process very easy, especially Rebecca, mostly because they are punctual, precise and their documentation is elaborate. Rest assured they will take care of everything for you. My experience was very positive and I hope it continues to be so. UPDATE: I cannot praise them enough, especially Sophie, for being so kind, prompt and helpful. I have reported 12 problems so far with the flat and every time they went out of their way to help me, I am utterly amazed. The problems were not their omission but the mess the previous tenants made that was not conspicuous on the first glance.

From Sale to Completion, the Parkers Woodley team have been excellent. The sales team of Callum / David/ Jasper had been great in providing expert advise on price and presentation as well as handling the offer/negotiations. Thereafter, Somer had been very patient in the follow through, providing advice and managing all the various parties involved in the chain. A house sale and purchase is a long and tedious process but made very much smoother with a great team that supports you all the way.
