We recently moved into our new home and Archie was genuinely brilliant throughout the whole process. He was always easy to reach, quick to help with any questions, and made everything feel a lot less stressful. You can tell he really cares about what he does, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Thanks to Archie, the move went smoother than we expected, and we felt well looked after from start to finish. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a helpful and reliable estate agent!

Archie was great throughout the whole process - the viewing was professional and thorough, and Archie was then responsive throughout when I had questions or wanted to progress the offer. Referencing was easy to complete (a far cry from previous experiences) and all in all a stress free process (again, a far cry from the past!). Overall, very positive.

The team at Parkers have been amazing, we have just exchanged on our first property so I can only comment from a pure buyers POV. Initially we dealt with Alan who sorted out the viewing of the property, replying to a late at Friday night email for a viewing and showing us round the next day! He was great and professional throughout the start of the process and then once he had the good news that our offer was accepted we were handed to Chanelle who dealt with the rest of our journey. Chanelle has been an absolute pleasure to work with, her communication and attitude has been truly amazing. When buying a house has its stresses, Chanelle did great to provide fast and clear information, trying her best to get things sorted ASAP. We can't wait to pickup our keys from the team and thank them in person.

We did a purchase through Parkers and I personally dealt with Callie initially and then Chanelle after our offer was accepted. I work in property myself and I can honestly say that its a very good estate agency who are not remotely pushy for their services at all - I was really happy with my experience with them and all their support up to the point of exchanging contracts. Most agents with other companies I've used in the past put uncomfortable pressure on people for additional sales, completion, mortgages etc but the staff at Parkers were a refreshing change and I would definitely look to use them again in the future!

Good to have on your team !

From start to finish, the team at Parkers were there for us, supporting us through the probate sale of my parents' property. Alan clearly knew the market and has excellent local knowledge; the valuation visit and video feedback left us with no doubt that we wanted him on our team ! They proactively sought buyers and matched them well to the property. When solicitors dragged their feet a little, Simon was relentless in his follow-up. Being local and also a letting agent, and with us being absent, they were able to help us with cleaners and a gas engineer when we needed them. I cannot recommend highly enough.
