GoogleGreat service from Oliver and Grace. They helped me by showing me a number of properties, including one that had only just come onto the market. I made an offer on that property, which was accepted, and the whole process was straightforward and stress-free.Grace was especially helpful throughout, taking the time to show my daughter around our new home and making us feel comfortable every step of the way. The entire experience was seamless, and I would highly recommend their services.

I can't recommend Parker's Chinnor enough. Charlie was excellent throughout the entire buying process. He was great at communicating with our selling agent, the solicitors, and the third party. This communication really helped keep the purchase moving. We found Charlie to be honest and helpful, and he made sure we always knew what was happening. We also viewed properties with Liz who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the houses she showed us around. Thanks so much all! We're so excited for this next chapter in our new home!

Jayson and Charlie were excellent. Guiding me each step of the sale process. Often going above and beyond of what you'd expect from an estate agent and acting more like solicitor.they helped me resolve every issue that came up, especially there was one issue with my house title that had slowed us and threatened to stop sale altogether which Charlie was key to resolving. Jayson's advice on the offer I should make on my dream home was instrumental in me securing this house 70k below listed price

Her friendly and helpful approach made what can often be a stressful process feel remarkably easy. He had also arranged it so that we had time and space to discuss the property and my rental needs privately and comprehensively, no other potential tenants were queueing outside as ha been my experience with other estate agents. Oliver was polite and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions regarding the property and surrounding areas.

GoogleLetting out a property came with many challenges, despite previously let. Callum at Parkers Estate Agents Reading came to the rescue! He explained every aspects to ensure marketability, right rent, what wins & what fails and recent legislation changes. He had put the property on the market with specific details that are important to the prospects, which in turn resulted in confirming a tenant within a week. Subsequently, other staff at Parkers Reading ensured the entire let process was flawless. I would choose Parkers again for sure.

The sale was completed in record time (<4 months). The Chinnor Parkers team maintained excellent communication throughout the process explaining what was needed by me and or what the next steps would be. Don't rent through Parkers. Such a disgraceful company. I rent a property for 8 years and the landlord used Parkers to find tenants but wanted to manage the house on his own because he didn't want to pay the management fee. After we ended the contract, he used parkers again. Parkers sent someone taking photos when I was packing so the house wasn't tidy and used to take all my deposit. I should have refused them to take photos because they had no rights but I didn't know better back then. They will help landlords to screw you. Those 5 stars reviews from landlords say it all. I have stopped friends selling their houses with Parkers although rent and sell are difference departments but the company is despicable.

GoogleIt was my first time renting my flat with an agent and Parkers were recommended to me. I first met Jayson who came to the flat, it was all straight forward we agreed how they would market the flat etc, he then suggested I come into his office to meet the team. Everything went well everyone was knowledgeable and it was all very reassuring. Grace was to be my contact with Oliver, I have been kept informed of everything that's been happening and they found me a tennant and he moved in within 3 weeks.. They answer your questions whatever they are quickly and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them for anyone who wants to rent there property, you won't find an easier agent to work with.
