We have just bought a house in Sonning via Parkers and dealt with Bernadette Martin, who processed the sale. I’ve got to say she was amazing throughout the whole process and we did have a difficult and extremely tight deadline. She kept us in the loop throughout the process and pushed all the solicitors! We had the absolute pleasure of Alex Pearce and Tom Bole dealing with our purchase and sale. This process was so complex and delayed due to our lender but Alex and Tom went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, made sure the seller was updated, identified our buyer within a week and stepped in when solicitors needed to be nudged. Alex was exceptional! Even the services they referred to, such as surveyors and moving company, have been stellar with the most competitive prices compared to who we had found. I have never had such an amazing experience with another agent. Thank you so much for everything - it would all never have happened without you!

We sold our property through Parkers a year ago , and I can honestly say they are a truly professional team. Alex and Damian handled our sale and worked incredibly hard throughout the entire process. He consistently arranged as many viewings as possible and always aimed to achieve the best price for us. Unlike some other estate agents, he was never pushy about reducing the asking price just to secure a quick sale. Instead, he always gave honest and genuine advice, which we really appreciated. We recently sold our Grade II listed home through Parkers Caversham. The service that Alex and Fiona provided was outstanding. The professional, targeted approach towards marketing meant that the house went under offer in just a few weeks. We were really well-supported through the sale process. I found it especially helpful to be able to communicate quickly and easily using WhatsApp, and response times were always incredibly fast. We have moved house a number of times before, but this was the least stressful experience that we've had by a long way, largely because of Alex and Fiona's care and expertise.

We have worked with Emma and Raphael from Houseman for 8 years and in that time we have found them extremely responsive, acting responsibly on behalf of the tenants and the landlords be it moving in, moving out or issues that occur during the tenancy. They have very good relations with the contractors they use and can always be relied upon to take a pragmatic view around any issues that crop up. Trust is a word that sometimes gets forgotten in this area, but not here.
