As first time buyers we had no idea what to expect. From the moment we contacted Parkers about a property that we were keen on, they looked after us. No request was too much trouble and they made sure that we had all of the information that we needed in a timely fashion. We can't thank Luke, Simon or Mitchel enough for their kindness and professionalism. We would also like to mention Izzy, who was back at base, and who was as helpful as she was cheerful. Thank you all for making our first time buy a smooth operation. We can hardly believe that from the first viewing to completion only took us 10 weeks! We highly recommend the Parkers team.

GoogleRob Penford sold our house in Sonning Common in April this year. Being an unusual property, this was no mean feat! We had valuations from other agents, but with Robs experience and enthusiasm, he saw though our properties negative points and turned them to our advantage. He came up with a marketing ploy and Parker’s Estate agents had potential buyers viewing the property very quickly. Rob would report back to us following each viewing with a comprehensive review and was always available to speak to. We ended up with a couple of offers, and obviously went with the highest bid. When they withdrew that offer shortly after, he had handled the failed bidder so diplomatically, he was able to bring that offer back to the table. He dealt with the rest of the process with the same professional approach. Never a straightforward sale, we knew we were in safe hands. Above and beyond his remit, Rob even sent over potential properties for us to buy from other agents! We cannot recommend Rob highly enough as a hugely professional and accomplished estate agent. Cannot recommend Parker’s highly enough! From the beginning they stood out from other agents with excellent market knowledge and fantastic marketing skills. We primarily dealt with Jasper who has been fantastic and our property had numerous viewings and an offer within 10 days of going to market.Their sales progression team is also second to none with Paula managing the sale from end to end and keeping us up to date every step of the way. GoogleI cannot recommend Parkers in Caversham highly enough. Rob and Harry were of great support to me as I was moving house for the first time in 43years and the whole procedure was very daunting. I found Parkers was of more help to me than anyone else and certainly more contactable which was greatly appreciated - I did not have to wait for Monday morning to come! I was guided through the whole process by them, they were professional and nothing was too much trouble for the team in Caversham.
