Parker’s offer a fantastic service. Our property was sold as soon as it was marketed and we were kept up to date regularly throughout the transaction. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much for all of your help. We would not hesitate to recommend. 😊

View AgentsSupportive, informative team
Parkers were very informative and helpful from the start. We had previously had other estate agents to sell our house and Parkers managed to sell it within weeks of it going on the market. They kept us up to date with the progress of the sale and sorted out any problems. It is a stressful time and for it all to come together in the end is a real relief. The support from the Parkers team was very reassuring and I appreciate all the work they put in to help me get my dream house. Thank you so much !

View AgentsProfessional & Efficient Service
The Parker's Team at Burghfield Common acted professionally from the initial sales contact, right through the sale process for our house. We took on board their initial advice and recommendations, based on a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace in Burghfield. The team acted quickly and efficiently to get the house on the market, with multiple offers received and sale agreed within days. This was an exceptional achievement and helped reduce the inevitable stress and uncertainty associated with selling our home. The team progressed the sale right through to exchange, ensuring all parties were kept informed and committed. Thank you Parker's for an excellent job, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend for use again.

View AgentsSuccessful house sale
We used Parker’s to sell our family home. Josh was our main contact and was helpful throughout the process, and clearly knowledgeable about the local market. The marketing of our property was excellent and we were SSTC within a week. We would happily use Parker’s again if we were to move again.

I would like to thank Emma, Channelle and Simon, for making the selling of my property a smooth journey. They were professional and personable from start to finish. Informing all the way with what was happening and needed. I was reluctant to use them due to a previous encounter with a colleague who I found difficult. However my opinion has dramatically changed due to the efficient service I received from Simon, Emma and Channelle. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Parkers. Thank you. 😊

View AgentsA professional and delighful experience
We recently had the pleasure of working with all of the Team from Parkers Estate Agents Spencer Wood Branch and we can't recommend the entire team at Parkers enough. From day one of negotiations to taking pictures, they were not only incredibly kind and friendly but also quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. They made sure that we felt supported and informed throughout the entire journey. Their helpful guidance and expert advice made the whole experience much less stressful than we initially anticipated. Moreover, everyone we interacted with at Parkers was genuinely nice, which made us feel confident and at ease. Their professionalism, combined with their warm and friendly approach truly sets them apart. Thank you Becca, Ben, Josh, Emma and everyone at Parkers for a truly memorable and positive experience. Your efficiency is a great USP and second to none, much appreciated.
