Parker’s were amazing when we were selling our house we cannot fault them at all. Completely transparent and honest with everything from start to finish which is exactly what we want. After having issues with previous estate agents when trying to sell our house we then moved to Parker’s Spencer’s Wood and they were a breath of fresh air. Josh and Emma were brilliant, again we cannot fault them at all. Thank you for making what is a really stressful time so seamless and easy! We would recommend Parker’s Spencer’s Wood all day long.

During one of the most stressful times in our lives, due to a house fire, we were tasked (along with help from our insurance) to find a rental property for 2 adults, 2 adult children and 2 dogs with parking for 4 vehicles. After spotting a rental property through Parkers, we had the pleasure of dealing with Tom Priest and his team who, from first viewing, very quickly dealing with the landlord to approve the dogs and then pushing the move in date very quickly. We really felt that Parker’s at Spencer’s Wood did an amazing job to sell our house After 42 years in the same house, selling was a very different thing to years ago Ben suggested various ways to market our property which all made good sense and we don’t think any other agent could have done a better job We originally met Ken who was very helpful and friendly and did the show rounds and Freya took over from him when he moved offices; she gave us lots of feedback from viewers which really helped us understand how things were going Josh also helped keep us up to date and once we had a buyer then Emma kept us well informed how things were going

I am over the moon with Parker’s, prior to using them the letting for my previous property made me feel like the lowest of the low, it was a fight to get them or the landlord to do anything and I was told many times I was ‘just a tenant’ despite being a modal tenant for 13 years! So to not only find my dream property but be treated with respect and dignity from the first call I can’t quite put into words what it means. I am the happiest I’ve ever been. I’ve have two small issues, both sorted extremely quickly through their reporting Ap with professionalism and care. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
