Myself and my partner went through Parkers- Witney for our first time renting a property and we could not fault our experience. As newcomers to this type of thing it is easy to feel daunted by what is to come, however the entire rental process was handled as smoothly as we could have hoped for. I have to say a huge thank you especially to Klara for being so patient and answering all my questions when I have not truly understood something and for generally being so ‘on it’ when we did decide to apply for a property. What a great experience we've had with Parkers in Witney when securing a lovely apartment in the centre of the town. From our initial phone call to book the viewing, meeting Adrian at the property who was so informative of the area and process for securing a property as it was our first time renting a professional let, to collecting the keys, was a pleasure. Klara went above and beyond her role when we were waiting to hear from the landlord with their decision after submitting our offer on the property, and that continued throughout the process answering any questions we had. Chloe and Natasha were also very helpful during the final stages of the letting, and we would definately recommend using Parkers Witney to anyone looking to let a property in this beautiful town. Parkers have managed my property for nearly 20 years. They have always provided an excellent service and in recent years my dealings with Katy McCall the Senior Property Manager has been fantastic. Katy has consistently kept me up to date with anything concerning the property and the tenants. I find Katy’s approach to everything she does very professional yet friendly and courteous. Katy has just managed to secure a third year with my current tenants who are lovely! I wouldn’t use any other Management Company and I am so grateful to have such a great working relationship with Katy, as I know her job is not always the easiest of jobs on occasions. Parkers have managed my properties for approximately the last 10 years. They have consistently provided an outstanding service. Their communication is first rate and keep me updated on anyissues with the property and /or tenants. In addition any queries I have are always replied to promptly. Most recently some long term tenants decided to move elsewhere. Parkers secured new tenants within a couple of weeks and they will move in a few days after the existing tenants move out. Klara Harvey was the negotiator looking after the new arrangements. I am more than happy with the service. New reliable tenants, increased rental payments, no voids and well organised, efficient service. Thank you Parkers and Klara.
