We recently sold our property with Parkers and we cannot recommend them enough. All their staff go above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. Gavin offered us very good advice at the time of valuation and how to approach a challenging market. His professionalism and knowledge of the local market were incredible and we felt at complete ease going with Parkers because of it. Once the house was on the market we had the pleasure of dealing with Georgi and Jordan. The early viewings and feedback were handled fantastically by Georgi with great communication and honest feedback. The past few months most my dealings have been with Jordan who has gone so far above and beyond for us that we cannot thank him enough. We had some difficulties with an onward purchase and were very stressed at the time. Jordan went out of his way to help us through this, even messaging us well out of his hours of operation with updates and advice. An incredibly considerate and lovely person, he is an asset to parkers. Having dealt with a number of other agents in Norfolk (where we are moving too) it was so stark to me how much Parkers stands head and shoulders above anyone else. Whilst waiting for the right property to come available, Chloe would regularly check in to see what support we needed. We have received an excellent service from Parkers, particularly Jordan who has stayed with us throughout the sale of our house. Both Jordan and Josh have kept us informed, have always responded quickly to our queries and have been honest and open. I have found the staff approachable and professional, again particularly Jordan. We have had some difficult times with our buyers, but Jordan has been at our side and has provided support over and above what we would have expected. We really appreciated this. He worked very hard to try to get an agreeable solution. We also like Jordan's approach and manner, again helpful in stressful times. We did not have a quick sale, but we were kept informed of market conditions and Josh helped us when having to make difficult decisions. It is good to be able to ring someone and get either an immediate or quick response. Overall good support and guidance and the personal touch is always helpful in stressful situations.
