Supportive and proactive!We have been supported recently by Klara in the Witney branch with regard to renting a property, which can be a long-winded, stressful and confusing process - especially when you want to get everything right.From the moment we started communicating with Klara, everything moved with such efficiency - she is reasonable, approachable, supportive, kind. She is always reachable whenever we needed her and would always tells us when she would be out of office, she would work beyond her hours etc. she never made us feel that we were needy, or asking silly questions - nothing was any trouble. We have had super bad experiences with estate agents previously, and it made us really nervous and anxious when dealing with a new one. Klara has been really reassuring and supportive to us, but has also got everything done that she needed to! Would definitely recommend.

It took a while! House took two years to sell due to the market and the fact that very few people who liked the house were ready to proceed. Jordan and his colleagues were professional, cheerful and enthusiastic , even when one of deals fell through due to the buyer. I found Jordan and Gavin supportive and knowledgeable and we got a good price for our property eventually . The sale was seamless and their advice was much appreciated .
