My initial impression of the agency wasn't the best because I was at my wits end with estate agencies, and Parkers has a 'no virtual viewings' policy. As someone who is moving to the area from abroad for work, and has no family or friends in town, this was a huge problem and I took it very personally. However, once we'd jumped over that hurdle and began the process of setting up a tenancy, things went relatively smoothly. They use Goodlord which I found to be a great service that made the process extremely straight forward and user friendly. I want to give a special shout out to Klara at Parkers Witney. In my months of searching she was the only person I came across who showed true compassion for my situation and genuinely did her absolute best to help me find somewhere to live. She was friendly, patient, helpful and understanding.

I have been really happy with the service and experience I have had from Parkers. Klara in particular has been brilliant in helping me through the process of renting a property in Witney. From day one she put me at ease with her kind, gentle and polite manner over the phone and by email. She was always extremely kind, friendly and helpful and always responded very promptly to any questions or queries I had. If there was ever an issue or problem, Klara was very calm and reassuring about it and helped me solve the problem with no drama which was very reassuring for me. Klara was very personable and her communication was excellent which again made the whole process so much easier. What a great experience we've had with Parkers in Witney when securing a lovely apartment in the centre of the town. From our initial phone call to book the viewing, meeting Adrian at the property who was so informative of the area and process for securing a property as it was our first time renting a professional let, to collecting the keys, was a pleasure. Klara went above and beyond her role when we were waiting to hear from the landlord with their decision after submitting our offer on the property, and that continued throughout the process answering any questions we had. Chloe and Natasha were also very helpful during the final stages of the letting, and we would definately recommend using Parkers Witney to anyone looking to let a property in this beautiful town. Parkers Witney have acted as both a Letting Agent (for just over 2 years) and more recently Estate Agent for the successful sale of my property. When I initially inquired about renting my property, Katy instantly made me feel confident that Parkers would take care of both the landlord’s and tenant’s needs. After two successful tenancy cycles, I made the decision to sell my property with Parkers. Once I received an asking price offer, Jordan liaised with the Buyer’s, their Solicitor and my own Solicitor to manage queries and provide regular status updates on the sale. In summary, Parkers can provide a ‘one stop shop’ for the let and sale of your property. Communication was always free-flowing, transparent and professional. Excellent experience with Gavin and Jordan at Witney!

We called Parkers in August to value our two bedroomed house in Witney. Gavin arrived and was very professional in explaining the state of the market both locally and nationally, and agreed with our view of the potential of the house. He valued it, arranged for a highly attractive sales brochure and also online marketing with Rightmove which included a video tour of both the inside and outside of the property. In September we agreed an offer for the house via Jordan who had been assigned as our contact to progress the sale. Jordan was highly professional, personable, efficient, always available and on the case at all times. Most impressive from start to finish. As both we and the buyers were not involved in any chain, the sale was completed during the third week of November just 100 days from valuation to completion! We could not be more delighted with the service we received from everyone in the team, including the backup from Georgi in the office.
