Very good service from Parkers staff

I am in the process of renting from Parkers, they have been very professional and helpful with any inquiries I had. The property suggestion emails are easy to read and very well organised. I was in contact with Callum the Lettings Negotiator, who was very good at sorting the initial details. While Ruby the Move in Manager has been helping me through the last steps, with quick replies and informative answers. I would definitely recommend, a very friendly and hardworking team!

Professional and proactive estate agent

Parkers were professional at all stages of our purchase. Email updates and accurate photos and listings were really useful in helping us to find appropriate properties to review. When we made an offer, Jody communicated clearly during negotiations meaning we reached agreement with the sellers swiftly. Parkers gave us good recommendations for an insurance broker and surveyor (but with no pressure to use their recommendations). In the run up to exchange, Fiona was proactive in helping us to resolve any issues as they arose and kept open communications between us, the sellers and both sets of solicitors. This support took a lot of the pain out of the process. Thanks to the Parkers team.

What an experience

What an experience! When needing to sell quickly, Jasper managed to get the house to market with 48 hours, with potential buyers within 4 days to an agreed sale in 6 days - amazing! With a challenging sale, Paula kept us updated daily with calls and emails. She was calm and professional and never let her frustrations show. We liaised with many of the staff, that helped answer queries, take messages, always professional, helpful and polite. Damien, supporting throughout when there were a few bumps and hurdles. Harry Toop and team (Vennie, Nathan, Paula et al) delivered exactly as promised, with the sale exchange within ten weeks of going on the market, while still achieving almost full asking price.
