From start to finish we are so pleased with the experience we have received from Parker's Woodley.Jasper, Ross and Alex have been very professional and didn't take long to sell our house. Even though we lost our first buyers it didn't take long for them to resell our house again. The guys have been great.A special mention to Paula who has been amazing. She has regularly kept us up to date communicating between all parties of our chain. She has also been so quick at responding to any questions we may of had and helped us if we were unsure about something. We would highly recommend Parker's to anyone. Cannot recommend Parker’s highly enough! From the beginning they stood out from other agents with excellent market knowledge and fantastic marketing skills. We primarily dealt with Jasper who has been fantastic and our property had numerous viewings and an offer within 10 days of going to market.Their sales progression team is also second to none with Paula managing the sale from end to end and keeping us up to date every step of the way. I cannot stress how wonderful and friendly she has been despite having to deal with some very difficult solicitors/enquiries! Excellent communication, ever helpful and extremely knowledgable.

I found Rob Penford and the Caversham Parker's office to be very professional, courteous and helpful throughout the sale of my parents house. Right from the start when Rob first visited the house, my family and I felt comfortable with him. His perception of the house was not only kind, but sensitive at a very difficult time for us. His knowledge and experience of the housing market was very evident. The video and write up was undertaken promptly and presented the house and it's capabilities well. Rob understood the type of buyer we were looking for, someone to love our family home of over 54 years and I am pleased to say, it is exactly that type of buyer we sold to. Rob Penford has earned 5 Stars with ease

Rob Penford sold our house in Sonning Common in April this year. Being an unusual property, this was no mean feat! We had valuations from other agents, but with Robs experience and enthusiasm, he saw though our properties negative points and turned them to our advantage. He came up with a marketing ploy and Parker’s Estate agents in Caversham had potential buyers viewing the property very quickly. Rob would report back to us following each viewing with a comprehensive review and was always available to speak to. We ended up with a couple of offers, and obviously went with the highest bid. When they withdrew that offer shortly after, he had handled the failed bidder so diplomatically, he was able to bring that offer back to the table. He dealt with the rest of the process with the same professional approach. Never a straightforward sale, we knew we were in safe hands. Above and beyond his remit, Rob even sent over potential properties for us to buy from other agents! We cannot recommend Rob highly enough as a hugely professional and accomplished estate agent. I approached Parkers because I wanted a fresh view on the sale of our house, as we were not making the progress we wanted. I was told that Stu was the man and even though I said I really wanted candid opinion, I honestly didn't expect it, but we received it in buckets! Our house sold immediately, fell through due to Covid relocation, and then sold very quickly again. Stu is a top man, on top of his game and great to deal with. As with some of the other comments, a very refreshing change! I'm a cynic at heart but can't recommend highly enough. Apologies that the pastries never arrived however, Stu :-)

This is the most unprofessional lettings agency I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I should have known things were awry when they referred me to their sister branch to sign the contract as they didn't have a lettings agent then. The property was not cleaned before my moving in. That was the first red flag that stood out to us. Once I needed to have a leak in the kitchen sink repaired but it never happened despite my notifying Parkers Burghfield Common multiple times. They told me that they would do quarterly property inspections (which is excessive to begin with) and then said to me that they'd visit every two months. If anything, this whole experience has been the motivation I needed to keep building the deposit for my first home. Guess who I won't be buying my first home through?
