Parkers have managed my property for nearly 20 years. They have always provided an excellent service and in recent years my dealings with Katy McCall the Senior Property Manager has been fantastic. Katy has consistently kept me up to date with anything concerning the property and the tenants. I find Katy’s approach to everything she does very professional yet friendly and courteous. Katy has just managed to secure a third year with my current tenants who are lovely! I wouldn’t use any other Management Company and I am so grateful to have such a great working relationship with Katy, as I know her job is not always the easiest of jobs on occasions. Parkers have managed my properties for approximately the last 10 years. They have consistently provided an outstanding service. Their communication is first rate and keep me updated on anyissues with the property and /or tenants. In addition any queries I have are always replied to promptly. Most recently some long term tenants decided to move elsewhere. Parkers secured new tenants within a couple of weeks and they will move in a few days after the existing tenants move out. Klara Harvey was the negotiator looking after the new arrangements. I am more than happy with the service. New reliable tenants, increased rental payments, no voids and well organised, efficient service. Thank you Parkers and Klara.

Had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience working with this company, and their Witney team. We mostly worked with Chloe and Natasha, but everyone we've dealt with to date has been top notch in helping us through the process - really going above and beyond to help us and our unique circumstances. Parkers were professional at all stages of our purchase. Email updates and accurate photos and listings were really useful in helping us to find appropriate properties to review. When we made an offer, Jody communicated clearly during negotiations meaning we reached agreement with the sellers swiftly. Parkers gave us good recommendations for an insurance broker and surveyor (but with no pressure to use their recommendations). In the run up to exchange, Fiona was proactive in helping us to resolve any issues as they arose and kept open communications between us, the sellers and both sets of solicitors. This support took a lot of the pain out of the process. Thanks to the Parkers team.

We recently sold our property with Parkers and we cannot recommend them enough. All their staff go above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. Gavin offered us very good advice at the time of valuation and how to approach a challenging market. His professionalism and knowledge of the local market were incredible and we felt at complete ease going with Parkers because of it. Once the house was on the market we had the pleasure of dealing with Georgi and Jordan. The early viewings and feedback were handled fantastically by Georgi with great communication and honest feedback. The past few months most my dealings have been with Jordan who has gone so far above and beyond for us that we cannot thank him enough. We had some difficulties with an onward purchase and were very stressed at the time. Jordan went out of his way to help us through this, even messaging us well out of his hours of operation with updates and advice. An incredibly considerate and lovely person, he is an asset to parkers.
