A Very Good Estate Agent

We used Parkers Estate agents in Twyford to buy a property which we really liked in a good area.From the first visit and first viewing of the house we ended up buying, took quite a while to move in, they were exceptionally good in every matter, especially when things were taking longer than expected they held the whole thing together too for which we were very grateful.All the staff were helpful but Jody and Fiona were very good and made sure that everything went well for us.Thank you all so much,Michael @Susan

What an experience

What an experience! When needing to sell quickly, Jasper managed to get the house to market with 48 hours, with potential buyers within 4 days to an agreed sale in 6 days - amazing! With a challenging sale, Paula kept us updated daily with calls and emails. She was calm and professional and never let her frustrations show. We liaised with many of the staff, that helped answer queries, take messages, always professional, helpful and polite. Damien, supporting throughout when there were a few bumps and hurdles. Exchange certainly was great!! Thank you everyone - you did it for us!

As newcomers to this type of thing it is easy to feel daunted by what is to come, however the entire rental process was handled as smoothly as we could have hoped for. Harry Toop and team (Vennie, Nathan, Paula et al) delivered exactly as promised, with the sale exchange within ten weeks of going on the market, while still achieving almost full asking price. My initial impression of the agency wasn't the best because I was at my wits end with estate agencies, and Parkers has a 'no virtual viewings' policy. As someone who is moving to the area from abroad for work, and has no family or friends in town, this was a huge problem and I took it very personally. However, once we'd jumped over that hurdle and began the process of setting up a tenancy, things went relatively smoothly. They use Goodlord which I found to be a great service that made the process extremely straight forward and user friendly. I want to give a special shout out to Klara at Parkers Witney. In my months of searching she was the only person I came across who showed true compassion for my situation and genuinely did her absolute best to help me find somewhere to live. She was friendly, patient, helpful and understanding.

I have been really happy with the service and experience I have had from Parkers. Klara in particular has been brilliant in helping me through the process of renting a property in Witney. From day one she put me at ease with her kind, gentle and polite manner over the phone and by email.
