We had the absolute pleasure of working with Parkers for the purchase of our first house. Previously, we had been through a long winded process with a different estate agent, without any certainty or clarity, so we're frustrated and not looking forward to the process again. Parkers was completely different, communication second to none, process couldn't have been smoother - we went from a 6 month wait without much movement with the previous estate agent, to getting the keys and moving into our first house within 4 weeks. Jordan was brilliant, precise, friendly and after being wary with timelines slipping the first time, this couldn't have been better. I am incredibly grateful for the support of both Josh and Jordan and the roles they played in helping to get out property sold, during a time when the market was particularly slow. Firstly, I thought the imagery and pack they put together for the listing was fantastic. They really accurately captured the house and it's best features, and the virtual walkthrough tour was a great addition too! While the market was slow to begin with, Josh and Jordan kept in regular contact and advised accordingly on pricing strategies and how to get us back at the top of the Rightmove listings. No sooner had we followed their advise, an offer came in! Jordan expertly negotiated with the buyers over night to get the offer up to asking price too, which I was incredibly impressed by! From that point out, their support was fantastic. It even included Josh driving 2 hours north to hand over a signed contract that our conveyancer lost in the post to ensure we could exchange and complete on time! Thank you both for your amazing support, it is very much appreciated.

I could not ask for a better estate agent. Buying for the first time proved to be very daunting. But Jordan had some much knowledge and his personal approach was utterly exceptional! I had weekly updates and actual phone conversations and felt that he genuinely cared about getting us into own first home. We had some challenges from a 3rd party but I felt Jordan handled these with the upmost level of professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough.

Joshua was thoughtful and courteous dealing with the sale of a house I had inherited after the death of a friend. He showed empathy with the situation having the property empty for a long period due to waiting for the Grant of Probate. He went to check the property regularly during the colder months and kept in touch with the progress of viewings and the ultimate sale.
