From receiving the first call back promptly after emailing my details, a real rarity in this business, to picking up my keys the team have made the whole process a doddle ! Their communication and professionalism are a breath of fresh air . Some of the other local players in this market could learn a lot from these guys . Very good service from Parkers staff

I am in the process of renting from Parkers, they have been very professional and helpful with any inquiries I had. The property suggestion emails are easy to read and very well organised. I was in contact with Callum the Lettings Negotiator, who was very good at sorting the initial details. While Ruby the Move in Manager has been helping me through the last steps, with quick replies and informative answers. I would definitely recommend, a very friendly and hardworking team!

Professional and proactive estate agent

Parkers were professional at all stages of our purchase. Email updates and accurate photos and listings were really useful in helping us to find appropriate properties to review. When we made an offer, Jody communicated clearly during negotiations meaning we reached agreement with the sellers swiftly. Parkers gave us good recommendations for an insurance broker and surveyor (but with no pressure to use their recommendations). In the run up to exchange, Fiona was proactive in helping us to resolve any issues as they arose and kept open communications between us, the sellers and both sets of solicitors. This support took a lot of the pain out of the process. Thanks to the Parkers team.

What an experience

What an experience! When needing to sell quickly, Jasper managed to get the house to market with 48 hours, with potential buyers within 4 days to an agreed sale in 6 days - amazing! With a challenging sale, Paula kept us updated daily with calls and emails. She was calm and professional and never let her frustrations show. We liaised with many of the staff, that helped answer queries, take messages, always professional, helpful and polite. Damien, supporting throughout when there were a few bumps and hurdles. Parkers (Earley) have been excellent for to work with from the very start to the finish. The video walk through and drone work was excellent and that plus the photography did the house proud. We were always notified about the viewing schedule and I was able to work through them to coordinate all other aspects of a house sale; EPC Check, Solicitor communications etc. Their professionalism made the whole process a joy. Harry Toop from the Parkers Earley office is a man of his word. Every bit of honesty he gave at the start was exactly correct (even if we were not ready to hear the truth about our property’s true value at the time). Harry and his team (big shout out to Paula Thompson - our sales progressor) sold our property and navigated a chain behind our sale like it was a piece of cake. We were on the market before with another agent, and they did not do any sales progression, which resulted in our sale falling through. Overall we were very very pleased with the entire selling experience with Parkers. We were selling my late mothers house which we were raised in. I was unsure who to go with so I met three local agents at the property, Harry Toop was the most professional and enthusiastic as well as clearly wanting the business, the others seemed surprisingly indifferent. Harry's marketing strategy worked well with plenty of viewings and some good offers from which we selected a good buyer.
