Harry Toop from the Parkers Earley office is a man of his word. Every bit of honesty he gave at the start was exactly correct (even if we were not ready to hear the truth about our property’s true value at the time). Harry and his team (big shout out to Paula Thompson - our sales progressor) sold our property and navigated a chain behind our sale like it was a piece of cake. We were on the market before with another agent, and they did not do any sales progression, which resulted in our sale falling through. Harry and Paula - thank you both very much for keeping in constant contact with me and having our backs. I highly recommend these guys without hesitation to anyone in the Reading area. Top class.

Harry Toop and team (Vennie, Nathan, Paula et al) delivered exactly as promised, with the sale exchange within ten weeks of going on the market, while still achieving almost full asking price. A professional service was provided across the board from the initial negotiation; sign up; marketing; interest generation; bulk and individual viewings; offer negotiations right through to the after-sales service and exchange. I couldn't recommend the team any more highly. A thankfully painless experience and a great result.

Painless distance sale

Jasper and the team had to manage the sale of a late relatives property for me as I live a couple of hundred miles away. They went above and beyond to assist with the administration of the property that I couldn’t physically do due to the distance. I was provided with regular updates via the app and email. Overall we were very very pleased with the entire selling experience with Parkers. We were selling my late mothers house which we were raised in. I was unsure who to go with so I met three local agents at the property, Harry Toop was the most professional and enthusiastic as well as clearly wanting the business, the others seemed surprisingly indifferent. Harry's marketing strategy worked well with plenty of viewings and some good offers from which we selected a good buyer. The sales process was handled by Paula who kept things moving smoothly and could also "kick butt" if required. Many thanks for an excellent service

Cannot recommend Parker’s highly enough! From the beginning they stood out from other agents with excellent market knowledge and fantastic marketing skills. We primarily dealt with Jasper who has been fantastic and our property had numerous viewings and an offer within 10 days of going to market. Rob Penford has earned 5 Stars with ease

Rob Penford sold our house in Sonning Common in April this year. Being an unusual property, this was no mean feat! We had valuations from other agents, but with Robs experience and enthusiasm, he saw though our properties negative points and turned them to our advantage. He came up with a marketing ploy and Parker’s Estate agents in Caversham had potential buyers viewing the property very quickly. Rob would report back to us following each viewing with a comprehensive review and was always available to speak to. We ended up with a couple of offers, and obviously went with the highest bid. When they withdrew that offer shortly after, he had handled the failed bidder so diplomatically, he was able to bring that offer back to the table. He dealt with the rest of the process with the same professional approach. Never a straightforward sale, we knew we were in safe hands. Above and beyond his remit, Rob even sent over potential properties for us to buy from other agents! We cannot recommend Rob highly enough as a hugely professional and accomplished estate agent.
