We had several quotes from estate agents Parkers (earley) stood out helpful, not pushy, clear and very transparent on everything. The process from going onto the market through to exchange was very straightforward. They were informed on everything, and they helped with some of our unusual requests without batting an eye lid. No task was too much trouble, and they bent over backwards to help. It went very calmly and we would not hesitate to use Parkers again and recommend them. Harry and Paula get a big shout out from us for helpfulness

My Wife and I recently sold our current property via Parkers. Throughout the whole process they have been great. The Whole team at Parkers were very helpful and friendly. It wasn't a easy ride (which was due to external issues) but I must say Somer always went the extra mile to resolve any issues and keep us updated. Callum, Harry and James were also fantastic in getting soo much views in such a short space of time and getting us our asking price.

It has been a great pleasure in working with Parkers Earley especially Harry Toop for the purchase of the house in Earley. I would definitely recommend Parker’s, the buying process was smooth and stress free. All the staffs (especially Emma George Who was co-ordinating my requests) were quite helpful with all my quries updating me regularly. I had viewed the property a couple of times which I was buying but they were very happy to book appointments without any hesitation. We used the solicitor which Parkers have recommended and the whole process took around 6 weeks and it was hassel-free.

Professional Team

We have been professional landlords for over 25 years and two years ago we decided to change our agent as we felt our previous agent had become complacent; We chose Parkers as they are local and they have been excellent through out from the very start. This year they have rented two of our properties in different locations, with the minimum of fuss, kept us and the existing tenants informed every step of the way. We like the fact that the rental team are centralised, so we don't have to deal with separate offices for different properties. We highly recommend the rental team and will continue to use.

We just bought our first house in Reading! Let’s just say we went a little overboard on the price (ok, we went berserk), but huge thanks to Parkers, Harry, Lizzy, Paula, and the whole squad, for working their magic. Mortgage approved and tomorrow, we are officially moving into our dream home! Our 4-year-old is in shock, mostly because he just realized he has to pack up his toys. The excitement is real, our faces haven’t stopped glowing like we are starring in a toothpaste commercial. Ready for the next chapter of chaos in our new home! Disappointing Service Experience with Property Viewing

The first time I scheduled a viewing through Parkers, an agent called to verbally confirm the date and time, but I didn’t receive any text or email confirmation. The day before the scheduled viewing, I sent an email to remind them, but no one responded.On the morning of the scheduled viewing, I used the website's live chat during my journey in hopes of reaching someone. Later, someone texted me to say the viewing was unavailable and needed to be rescheduled.Frankly, I am very upset. First, I booked a week in advance. Second, I took the initiative to email but received no reply. Third, the response was insincere, opting for a text instead of a call.It takes me two hours to drive there, and being told "unavailable" caused me to reroute during my trip. This was my first time using your service, and I feel very disappointed by the disregard shown to buyers.
