GoogleWe selected this Estate Agent because the representative we met (Harry Toop) was the most impressive of the 6 representatives we met. He genuinely seemed to have our best interest at heart and was sympathetic to our recent bereavement. Once we got going working with Parker’s was easy and they always responded quickly. Many phone calls were conducted with Paula Thomson who provided a high quality service. I would choose them again.

GoogleWe have used Parkers for 9 years as our letting agent. They have offered a very professional and efficient service throughout . Of late Julie Jacobs has been responsible for our property , and she has been excellent. On occasions she has gone above and beyond what one would expect . Would highly recommend Parkers . We have now sold our property, using Parkers , and everything went well . Again , I would highly recommend Dan and his team . We were kept up to date every step of the way .

GoogleWe have been tenants of Parkers. They do not work as a mediator between landlord and tenant. They work only for the landlords. No matter how genuine point or the fault is from landlord they will only listen and act as per the landlord. Do not use the services if you are a tenant and think the letting agency is there to help, fecitilate or a mediator between you and the landlord.

However, please be assured that any deductions proposed are made based on the evidence available, including the inventory and check-out reports, and in accordance with the relevant guidelines and standards set by the applicable deposit protection scheme. The purpose of these reports is to provide an objective record of the condition of the property at the start and end of the tenancy, and any proposed deductions are assessed against this evidence.
