GoogleParkers have managed all of my investment properties for over 2 years after they acquired Landmark Sales and Lettings who I had been a customer of for many years before. Having dealt with many team members from both sales and lettings I would not hesitate to recommend Parkers. In particular Tracy Why who was previously with Landmark and now Parkers has been exceptional. She has looked after me and my portfolio for well over 10 years and has been invaluable due to her knowledge and experience of the lettings market. When there is a problem with a property or tenant she is excellent in managing the situation in a calm, proactive manner bringing the situation to a sensible satisfactory conclusion. Always very well organised with good communications to keep me informed and up to date. Thanks Tracy!!

GoogleTracy has been a long time property manager for me through Parkers Reading Lettings Agents and previously through Landmark. She is friendly, organised and professional in all her work. In the letting business this is important and she continues to perform at to the very highest standards. I know her communication is first rate and if I need reminding, or work needs to be carried out I can totally rely on her for this. Great work and much appreciated.
