We chose Parkers of Pangbourne because their marketing strategy was better than anything we had seen before. The online video introducing the property and the surrounding area, together with the virtual tour of the house clearly gave our property traction in the market, and undoubtedly helped us secure serious buyers quicker than expected. We bought a month ago now, through Parkers in Pangbourne and had really great communication and attention from Simon Gregory and the team. It was a drawn out complicated purchase, but Simon was straight with us from the start and although he was acting for the vendor, as buyers, we felt considered and very much part of the process. I highly recommend Parkers for any house hunting requirement. The team works in a very professional and client requirement aware style. I was really struggling to find a house in Reading. Parkers got a great database that suits everyone's requirement. People makes an organisation beutiful and so same here. Thomas Priest helped us to find our great home in Pangbourne. He really knows in and out about the houses he is showing to his client. I must say, Thomas showed lot of patience and professionalism even when we bombarded with questions during our house viewing. I am in the process of renting from Parkers, they have been very professional and helpful with any inquiries I had. The property suggestion emails are easy to read and very well organised. Professional and proactive estate agent

Parkers were professional at all stages of our purchase. Email updates and accurate photos and listings were really useful in helping us to find appropriate properties to review. When we made an offer, Jody communicated clearly during negotiations meaning we reached agreement with the sellers swiftly. Parkers gave us good recommendations for an insurance broker and surveyor (but with no pressure to use their recommendations). In the run up to exchange, Fiona was proactive in helping us to resolve any issues as they arose and kept open communications between us, the sellers and both sets of solicitors. This support took a lot of the pain out of the process. Thanks to the Parkers team.

We couldn't have found a better team to sell our house in Pangbourne, having struggled to find a buyer prior with an alternative agent - upon appointing Simon and Team who are very professional, knowledgeable, well informed about house prices in the area and how to go about things, a buyer was found and offer accepted within 3 weeks from going live. Nothing was to much trouble for Simon and Team, going beyond the call of duty, ironing any problems that came about during the process making the experience stress free. What an experience

What an experience! When needing to sell quickly, Jasper managed to get the house to market with 48 hours, with potential buyers within 4 days to an agreed sale in 6 days - amazing! With a challenging sale, Paula kept us updated daily with calls and emails. She was calm and professional and never let her frustrations show. We liaised with many of the staff, that helped answer queries, take messages, always professional, helpful and polite. Damien, supporting throughout when there were a few bumps and hurdles.
