We have been professional landlords for over 25 years and two years ago we decided to change our agent as we felt our previous agent had become complacent; We chose Parkers as they are local and they have been excellent through out from the very start. This year they have rented two of our properties in different locations, with the minimum of fuss, kept us and the existing tenants informed every step of the way. We like the fact that the rental team are centralised, so we don't have to deal with separate offices for different properties. We highly recommend the rental team and will continue to use.

We just bought our first house in Reading! Let’s just say we went a little overboard on the price (ok, we went berserk), but huge thanks to Parkers, Harry, Lizzy, Paula, and the whole squad, for working their magic. Mortgage approved and tomorrow, we are officially moving into our dream home! Our 4-year-old is in shock, mostly because he just realized he has to pack up his toys. The excitement is real, our faces haven’t stopped glowing like we are starring in a toothpaste commercial. Ready for the next chapter of chaos in our new home! Thank you, Parkers Earley, for making our dream come true! We are still in shock, mostly because we didn't think anyone would take our idea seriously. Parkers Woodley were extremely helpful and professional in selling my mums house. Jasper was spot on with the valuation and selling it within a matter of days. Paula was brilliant in keeping me informed and ensuring the chain had regular updates, without her input and chasing things up, I do not think things would have gone through so smoothly at the end. GoogleAbsolutely worst experience with this agency. We had an offer accepted on a property last November, since the start we were told that the sellers are very serious about selling the property and they will start looking for a house straight away and they were only waiting to have an offer accepted. We stopped looking for other properties as in our mind we had found our dream home, fast forward to almost mid February I call the agency as we haven’t heard anything and the director of the brunch Mr A.E. says he is advising us to look for another property as the sellers are still waiting for their divorce papers… We were absolutely devastated and so upset but started looking for other properties, beginning of March, we received a phone call from Miss A.B.( Assistant manager ) who told us that the seller’s divorce is finalised and they want to know if we are still interested in the property as they want to sell us the house. They promised in 2 weeks times they will give us updates. In the meantime we found another property with them but they advised us to not put in an offer as the house we had put an offer in originally will be back on the market soon. After almost another month without any news I called the office and Mr A.E. said they don’t know anything about the property and they will let us know when they know something. We gave up on the property and started looking for something else as we were really upset about the whole situation… On the 30th of May I received an email for Mr. A.E. saying the property is back on the market but the sellers have now decided to ask for more money… Needless to say I haven’t even replied to that email, I am shocked at the lack of empathy and the lies told by the staff at this agency, we waited for a property for 5 months and trusted them on their word, I would be very wary of doing this. The lack of respect and consideration amazes me to this day… they should be ashamed of their behaviour…

GoogleWe were very pleased with the service from Neville Turner. Jane and Lewis worked very hard to arrange and mange viewings, follow up and get feedback, and then move to offers. They made an effort to ensure they knew about our house to answer any questions - something we noted often was not done by other estate agents we viewed houses through. Despite some very bad luck (3 separate buyers making an offer and later withdrawing) they remained positive and rapidly arranged new viewings. Once we had sold Barbara was amazing at keeping things moving and chasing our buyer and solicitors to ensure we got over the line! We thoroughly recommend Neville Turner for your sale.

The first time I scheduled a viewing through Parkers, an agent called to verbally confirm the date and time, but I didn’t receive any text or email confirmation. The day before the scheduled viewing, I sent an email to remind them, but no one responded.On the morning of the scheduled viewing, I used the website's live chat during my journey in hopes of reaching someone. Later, someone texted me to say the viewing was unavailable and needed to be rescheduled.Frankly, I am very upset. First, I booked a week in advance. Second, I took the initiative to email but received no reply. Third, the response was insincere, opting for a text instead of a call.It takes me two hours to drive there, and being told "unavailable" caused me to reroute during my trip. This was my first time using your service, and I feel very disappointed by the disregard shown to buyers.
We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with your property viewing appointment, as we do insist on consistently delivering top-tier service to our customers. We understand the frustration caused by this incident and hope that we can still help you find your new home. Our associate director and team are on hand to assist and manage the process moving forward.
