Post offer acceptance Paula was phenomal help and kept me updated and informed and chased all parties for information on progress. If I sold or bought again I will certainly go with Parkers.

GoogleNeville Turner are a highly professional team. During my very long drawn out sale (nothing to do with them) they were always updating me, keeping me positive and keeping me in the know. Every time contact was made it didn't feel stressful. They are all very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience in their field. When coming across a few bumps in the road these were smoothed out quickly and without my input just my okay. I felt a lot of the stress was taken away from me during the sale. I have always managed to speak to a member of the team to get feedback or an update. I highly recommend Neville Turner in Pangbourne. Both Jack and Paula from the time of our viewing, making an offer and then finally completion they helped us all the way, gave us sound and honest advice, were always readily available for any queries or discussions and always gave clear and suitable advice.They helped us in arranging surveys and specialist for quotations and negotiations with the seller. GoogleFrom my first phone call with Lewis, the initial viewing and the whole buying process until completion day when we collected the keys from Barbara, we felt in very safe hands with Neville Turner. Excellent local knowledge including suggesting solicitors, tradespeople and insurance companies (and not minding if we chose others!). Always very responsive by phone and email. Barbara was a star and at times seemed to be single-handedly orchestrating the whole chain so we could complete on time.

Jasper, Ross and Alex have been amazing at getting my house sold at a price I was happy with. After having my house on with another agent for several months, they have managed to sell my house within weeks! The team were very communicative throughout the selling process and kept me up to date with each viewing.When I found my dream home, I was in a chain of 6, so was very worried as I didn't want anything to go wrong. Fortunately Paula, Parker's sales progressor, was brilliant and chased the chain on both sides to ensure everyone was progressing efficiently up to exchange of contracts - and in a super quick timescale. So overall, the sales team and the progression at Parkers are both extremely good - coming from the property sector myself, I highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleNeville Turner sold the house that we bought. A lot of complications arose, in the process due to unforeseen circumstances. Barbara from Neville Turner performed an absolutley oustanding job to make sure that the sale went through and that all parties were happy. Barbara went above and beyond and was available at all hours, she was extremly responsive and would not let any issues slide, chasing solictors and other parties relentlessly when they were holding up the deal. Barbara also gave us fantastic advice through all stages, always taking the initiative. It was also very clear that she truly cared about the individuals involved. Our chain was long and stretched into London, Covid19 meant everything took longer, it was fraught but Barbara was on it, chased more parts of the chain than she was supposed to and was responsible not only for holding the chain together, but ensuring it did so without taking an additional 3 months. All the staff are very professional and provide an excellent service.
