We recently sold our home in October 2020 through Neville Turner at Pangbourne and had an absolutely 1st Class service throughout. I have to say that right from the initial phone call with Barbara I felt immediately relaxed and reassured and felt sure that she would oversee our sale with great professionalism and spirit and she did not disappoint! Barbara is the driving force behind the Neville Turner machine , an absolute asset to the company. She has a wealth of experience in property and also knows exactly how to look after her clients and meets the needs of buyers too! First impressions of Neville Turner were great; Lewis gave us plenty of time to really take in the property, without ever feeling rushed. Throughout the purchase process, our expectations were constantly exceeded. Barbara went above and beyond to assist with a difficult chain, whilst also helping to ensure surveys were completed in good time. This ultimately allowed us to complete before the stamp duty holiday finished. What a great team

So, we saw a house for sale with Parker’s Woodley branch and thought ourselves very lucky. The sales team: Alex, Ross and Jasper could not have been more helpful. We were particularly pleased with the speed of communication and obvious desire to answer all the inevitable buyer questions. Unexpected an absolutely splendid was the efforts of the after sales team. Paula, of the Reading branch was relentless in her endeavours to keep the chain on track. From my first phone call with Lewis, the initial viewing and the whole buying process until completion day when we collected the keys from Barbara, we felt in very safe hands with Neville Turner. Excellent local knowledge including suggesting solicitors, tradespeople and insurance companies (and not minding if we chose others!). Always very responsive by phone and email. Barbara was a star and at times seemed to be single-handedly orchestrating the whole chain so we could complete on time.

Parker's had my back from day one!Somer Jones and the team went above and beyond with the purchase of my property.Pushing solicitors, moving the purchase forward and constantly keeping me updated and calm. (Whilst the solicitors drove me insane). I wanted a quick completion and they made sure everyone and everything was in check to make that happen!On my day of completion, I received a wonderful gift box of moving in treats to enjoy in my new home. From inital viewing and exchange it took 4 weeks!!Having been messed around on another property (with a different estate agent) I was dreading starting the process again, however from the initial viewing it was smooth sailing.Ryan originally showed me around the property, and was very honest and extremely helpful. He told us the situation upfront, and gave me all the details I needed. Harry was also super helpful and professional with the offer. From the offer being accepted to exchange, honestly has been a fabulous experience. Emma George was so efficient, helpful and kept me in the loop all the time. They advertised a house for sale together with another company. We had a viewing and placed an offer.We found it was sold some months before for a lower price. It was bought with cash as part of a scheme.They kept us lying that the house was not sold months before, but the other company told us it was.They told us to wait for a response on the offer, and their response after a week of waiting was that it was sold by the other company. They could have spared the entire process from the beginning but they love wasting your time and lying about the process. I highly recommend avoiding them for lack of transparency and the unusual tactics involved in their process.

Easily the best estate agents

Moving house is never simple, especially at the moment! But Parkers just make it so much simpler. The expertise and support from before marketing to even after completion is something well worth it compared to newer online-only estate agents. We had 2 failed attempts and if it wasn't for the hard work and dedication from Parkers, I'm not sure we'd have moved at all. From the first meeting with Jasper, who really understood our needs, understands the market and really took time to help, through to completion with Paula who was unbelievably outstanding in supporting us, through house's falling through (which sadly happens) to calling whoever was needed - nothing was ever to big for Paula. Always going above and beyond and we're extremely grateful. 100% recommend using Parkers if you're buying on selling.
