I've been with Parkers now for around 9 years whilst they manage a property I have. I'm currently working with Lauren Hollingsworth and have been really impressed with the way she manages my property for me. She is really on the ball, and when she calls or emails me to discuss anything to do with the house she has already sorted all the previous information I need to help make a decision on how to progress with each particular enquiry. She is really reliable and very friendly, she sorts what needs doing, is organised and tries to make my life as easy as possible. I feel happy that I have her looking after my tenants and my property. She is doing a great job.

We used parkers for the sale of my mums house, we had a few valuations and although parkers wasn't the highest we felt it was the most realistic and my mum felt a connection with Alan. The house sold within a week all thanks to Naomi and Alan, and then we were introduced to Emma who basically held our hand through the whole process. We were selling in England and buying in Scotland so had 2 different solicitors. This was a bit frustrating for us, but Emma soon took control and made the whole process seem quite seamless. There were times when mum had to sign things and couldn't do it electronically, so Alan and Naomi stepped up and printed bits off for her to pop in and sign. If you are in two minds about who to choose then believe me the staff who work at parkers go above and beyond to make your sale/purchase stress free. Thank you Julie and June

I have recently sold my house with white knights and although I used a different estate agent Emma was more helpful and was with me every step of the way good and bad. She was on the ball and I felt that if it wasn't for her I'd still have been sat in my old house waiting to sell it. We intend to move yet again in a few years time,and I no without a doubt ,that I will definitely be using Parkers when the time comes hopefully Emma will still be there!

The Best Estate Agents around! Honest, Professional & Helpful

We dealt with Alan and Emma, and they have been amazing from start to finish. It has been a long journey for us selling our flat and purchasing our house due to various obstacles (Nothing to do with Parkers), but Parkers have been amazing from start to finish. Their listing of our flat was very impressive, great images and a 360 virtual video, as well as Parkers Social media platform being excellent, with Alan recording a great video in the flat and of the surrounding area. We also really liked the communication with Emma and Alan through a whatsapp group that they had set up for us, it was very efficient, and great to be able to respond to questions quickly whilst at work and not having to play phonecall tennis. Emma then took over as our sales progressor, again great communication, constantly keeping us updated and answering all the questions we had. We can't thank Emma and Alan enough, as they went over and above in helping us with not only our sale but also offering honest and objective advice on issues that we were facing with other parts of our chain that were being dealt with by different estate agents. We would recommended your property sale/purchase through Parkers a million times over, they are the best! Thank you :) x

After having to sell my marital home due to a divorce I never thought I would be able to stay in Theale the village I love & was so happy living in then Alan rang me to say he had a two bedroom house that he thought would be perfect for me & arranged a viewing. Naomi showed me around & I knew straight away it was my perfect dream house to make my home & I could stay in Theale . I rang Alan as soon as I had viewed the property to say I want that house it’s just perfect for me !! I could not believe it when my offer was accepted & then Emma did all the legal bits & after a few months I got my keys !!! I want everybody to know that to buy my first home on my own was such a scary process BUT with everyone from Parker’s they made it a smooth journey for me . Their professionalism , care & support was more than I could ever expect & I was kept informed about everything throughout the process . I can’t thank everyone at Parker’s enough especially Alan, Naomi & Emma for all their hard work in finding & making it possible for me to live in my dream home !!! Parkers Theale is definitely worth a shout if you are looking for great service and knowledgeable staff. Tom was amazing and accommodating! He answered all the questions I had about the property and was polite. He took the time to make sure we saw the property in a time frame that suited us and was well-versed in the specifics of the property. Julie is friendly and helpful and acted as a mini-mum for me with all my queries. (She also has some of the best hair I have ever seen) Simon West was quick and efficient in dealing with some unexpected hurdles that popped up for me. He frequently kept me updated on the status of our forms and referencing. Overall the team were very welcoming and made the renting process easier.

After struggling with my previous estate agents , it was a pleasure firstly dealing with Archie who was very welcoming and helpful with the viewing , I was in a rush to move and he understood that and made great effort pushing things forward . Archie was on holiday half way through the work to move and the lovely Jayne took over, the transition was seamless and her joyful telephone manner made it all much nicer dealing with letting agents , I’d encountered some problems from the previous agents and Jayne worked hard to find solutions. A real pleasure dealing with Archie and Jayne .

Alan, Simon, Naomi and the team at Parkers in Theale were excellent from start to finish. We chose Parkers because we felt they gave us the most realistic valuation for our house (other estate agents promised crazy sums), didn't try the "hard sell" and spoke about the importance of relationship. From the first day, the parkers team provided excellent support, guidance and kept all parties in the chain engaged when there were any hurdles. They went above & beyond with the support given on completion day. They truly mean it when they say they establish strong relationships and provide a personal service. A very friendly, helpful and responsive team, who you can put your faith and trust in. We would highly recommend them and if ever moving again, they would be our first call for a valuation. I sent an enquire in from Rightmove yesterday for a property in Woodcote. I was called at 6.09pm, super lovely girl on the phone took all my details and we arranged a viewing for 2.45pm today. I arrived at the property and nobody from the agency arrived. I called and they had no idea who I was or who had called me. I get that emails can be taken down wrong but you would have got a bounce back when sending the confirmation and you have me number from the enquiry to call and ask me for it again. No one contacted me to tell me they were not coming. I live 10 miles from the house I went to view and it completely wasted my time. Next time don't assume the person will not show up as you didn't send them details of the viewing. Poor form.

2 years ago I bought my first home through Parkers Theale and had a great experience, so it was no doubt I explored them for the sale of my property. I did shop around estate agents as low Fees were quite a high priority and Parkers came out on top there too. Before I even put the property on the market, Alan had a potential buyer in mind and I was lucky enough that this led to a sale, the day after speaking with Parkers. Despite the property having an offer, Alan arranged photos/videos (and even a drone!) 'just in case', which were not needed in the end but Parkers didn't make me feel like we'd wasted their time and resources - they ensured a thorough process despite me accepting the first offer - totally warranting the fees. Simon then took over the sale and liaised with all solicitors involved to push the sale across the line - and constantly kept me in the loop. As a first time buyer, and a first time solo seller, I couldn't recommend Parkers Theale enough. Thank you to the whole team, Emily

The Parker’s team in Theale are amazing! We first met Alan England when we bought our home in 2016 and his honesty, helpful and friendly personality left a lasting impression. So when we moved home in 2022 we knew we had to go with Parkers. They did an amazing job from start to finish as Alan did a great job selling our home and then when it came to closing and exchange Simon Gregory took over. We were all in constant communication via a WhatsApp group and everything was dealt with promptly and easily.
