The whole team are professional and helpful. They are really friendly and kept us updated and helped us with some unforseen issues. As the property we were purchasing was also with Parkers they helped us to keep the property we were buying when our first buyers dropped out. In addition they dealt with a crazy relative who tried to stop the process. They really earned their commission on this sale and purchase. Would 100% recommend them to everyone. I would say that Alan, Ellie, and Emma are amazing!! Marian was really helpful with extra viewings and getting tradespeople in for measuring and quotes. A really caring and expert team.

Emma has been brilliant the whole way through the process, making sure things have been happening in a good time scale. She has been so quick with responses and we would definitely be recommending to friends and family whole are looking to purchase. Overall it has been such a positive experience and through a time where it’s all very stressful, we have been made to feel relaxed and we have known what’s been happening at every stage. Alan did a great job of marketing the property using his expert local knowledge & getting the right potential buyers around for viewing. He made the "haggling" over the price an easy negotiation and Naomi and Emma keep us informed of everything that was going on and pushed other parties along without any prompting. Our neighbour recommended Parkers and when we came onto the market with Parkers everything moved so quickly and smoothly. Their marketing tools and products are great and the staff our so helpful and will answer every question. GoogleQuick sale with a smooth transaction and great communication Chose Parker’s over purple brick and were glad we did. Alan England knows his clients and before our house had gone onto the market he had sold it to someone on Parker’s books who were looking for a property like ours. It’s this-family friendly approach that meant he had local knowledge to make a quick sale. Alan also secured us a higher price than purple brick had suggested therefore increasing any saving we may have made. Communication from Emma was just right from the start with the right attitude, politeness and regularity to keep us informed without constant pestering. This review is really a big thank you to Emma. Our house purchase has not been the easiest transaction as it was part of a larger chain which seemed to encounter issue after issue. Emma communicated with me throughout, always answering me even though I kept pestering her! It is safe to say that without Emma, this transaction would not be completing tomorrow and for that, my partner and I are extremely grateful. We had a fantastic experience with Parkers Theale. James Barson helped us to sell our house; he took some amazing pictures and created a 3D tour for our online profile. He spoke spoke to many potential buyers and then sold it within the first week of it being on the market! Emma George helped us through the sale process -she really helped us by talking to others in the chain and getting us a completion date. She was always available when we needed her and always went the extra mile. A really big thank you from us both!

We're really grateful for the help that Simon Gregory gave us throughout the process of buying a property through Parker's Theale. We hit a few stumbling blocks along the way and things were seeming to be uncertain even up to the 11th hour, but Simon was always very helpful. He was easy to contact, even emailing us at the weekends, and was great at guiding communication between us and the seller. At all stages in the sale of my property I was fully supported and impressed by the Team effort displayed by Parker’s Theale office. Originally supported by Georgia on the letting side for 7 years, I decided to sell the property at the end of 2020. The Manager, Alan, had previously valued the property and was the main contact throughout the sales process. Parker’s arranged and hosted all viewings, which took place during C-19, keeping me appraised at all times. The whole team were involved from Georgia filming the video, James and Alan conducting viewings and all were knowledgable about the property.I was particularly pleased with the manner in which negotiations with the ultimate buyer were conducted by Alan based on my guidelines.Post my acceptance of an offer (after about 4 weeks on the market) Alan maintained excellent liaison between myself and buyer on progress with surveys, searches etc etc providing reassurance to both parties of their respective commitment to the transaction.Parker’s Director Simon provided the coordination between solicitors and others in the chain to monitor activities leading to exchange of contracts. Very satisfied with this personalised service at a time when the property market was very active.

I cannot fault the service We received from Parker’s a special thank you to Alan, James, Simon and Emma, communication was excellent at every stage and nothing was too much trouble even found us a property when our original house we decided to purchase through another agent fell through. The theale office has worked extremely hard around personal circumstances and genuinely care about their clients. I was especially impressed with the marketing of the property we had a buyer within 2 weeks at the price they gave at the initial consultation. Thank you so much for making the selling and buying a new property stress free and working so hard for your clients. I would not hesitate to Use Parker’s again as they are very trustworthy and honest.

The not only managed to get a great offer within the first few weeks of marketing, they also found us another buyer once first sale fell through. James was a true professional in conducting the viewings of our house. Alan went above and beyond in managing the process and keeping positive even throughout the Covid period. And Simon has been incredible over the past few months ensuring a speedy and smooth process to get to exchange. I was delighted with the professional service received from Parkers Theale in selling my mother's house. In fact, the word 'professional' barely does it justice, as it was more personal and friendly than that. Mr English, in particular, could not have been more kind and helpful at every stage of the process. His photos and the web page definitely drew a lot of interest, and he kept us informed regularly, giving helpful advice whenever it was requested. His local knowledge is immense and his valuation was spot on. We got our asking price, and the payment to Parkers was worth every penny!
