I have recently sold my house with white knights and although I used a different estate agent Emma was more helpful and was with me every step of the way good and bad. She was on the ball and I felt that if it wasn't for her I'd still have been sat in my old house waiting to sell it. We intend to move yet again in a few years time,and I no without a doubt ,that I will definitely be using Parkers when the time comes hopefully Emma will still be there!

From the first viewing Emma was great at keeping in contact and keeping us informed on anything that could be of interest. As first time buyers we were guided through the whole process and we could ask any question to the team. Replies and advice was always punctual. We used the recommended Solicitors and found them to be very good also. Overall from start to finish Emma always made time to answer questions, help us out and was very friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend Parkers to others, they provide excellent service!

I've recently purchased a property through Parkers in Theale. Alan and Emma who manage sales are brilliant estate agents, you don't find many of those, both were knowledgable and well informed at all stages of the transaction. I was kept up to date with all progress, not having to chase them and Alan was particularly helpful when it came to some of the finer details. I would happily use their service again and thoroughly recommend them to anyone else looking to buy or sell in the local area.

If I could give a 10* review I would! After a bad experience with another agent I was wary of signing up to another one but we had found our dream home so needed to sell. From the first meeting the experience was different, the photos were well thought out and looked better, the write up was personal and concise and the service was a million miles better. Alan and Emma were brilliant throughout and poor Alan ended up taking on the leg work with our buyers (and theirs!) as they had gone with an online agent who couldn't help manage the chain. We had honest conversations throughout which restored my faith and I trusted Alan implicitly that he was doing the best for us. I believe that you only really experience how good an organisation is when something goes wrong as it's then that you see true customer service and we had many of those blips throughout the process (which were not down to Parkers in anyway)! Parkers did a great job throughout and I'd not hesitate to use them again.

Georgia was absolutely fantastic, she made the whole process of moving (which can be super stressful) really smooth! Keeping us updated and informed with all the correct information of what we needed to do, but most importantly put a friendly face to a service which by other companies me and my partner have had bad experiences with. Georgia helped install a lot of trust, and if we need to move again in a few years will certainly be returning with Parkers.

I cannot give enough praise to the service I received from Parkers in Theale. To start with my thoughts and opinions were taken fully into account and with this my house marketed to my expectations. I was kept informed of potential buyers in a timely manner and between Alan and Emma I received the asking price I wanted. This was only the start of the great service. My chain was complicated and as the vendor to my new house used an on line service the whole process nearly collapsed several times. It was only the commitment and determination of Emma who held the chain together from start to finish - top to bottom. Communicating to all the solicitors and estate agents involved, keeping all parties regularly updated and spotting problems before any other person involved. If I was to buy in Theale again I would use these guys. If I was to sell in Theale again I would use these guys. I cannot speak any higher on the service I received from a team of people who clearly put customer service at the heart of their business.

From the start to the finish of the selling process, Parkers have been extremely professional and helpful. The presentation of the house via photographs etc was outstanding. Once on the market Emma and Alan managed all the viewings and negotiations with the other parties in the chain. Emma did an excellent job in managing all the communications between ourselves, solicitors, agents and buyers, informing us immediately of queries and answers. She was never afraid to chase for resolution of issues. This made an otherwise stressful process much easier to bear. Would not hesitate to recommend Parkers in Theale.

I wanted to use Parkers in Theale as they had come highly recommended by the previous agent I had purchased through, who was no longer trading. I was not disappointed! Alan took great care to ensure we were happy with our pictures and Emma did an excellent job from start to finish with dealing with our sale - going well above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a smooth transaction. She did such as amazing job that not once did I have to step in or 'chase' things up! She is naturally efficient and I cannot thank her enough. It is hard to find genuinely good agents but Parkers in Theale give a first class service. I seriously wouldn't want to use anyone else in the area. I have sold through other agents and had the typically bad service you sadly expect - these guys are a breath of fresh air and made a usually stressful process very easy. Thank you :)

I was mainly dealing with Emma George, but all of their staff not just Emma made themselves available when I had questions or required an update. Emma knew that I had been looking for a property for a long time and I was just missing out on securing a new home. When she moved me to the top of the list on a property I had previously just missed out on which came back on the market I was very grateful. Parkers didn’t have to do that it was very gracious. I’d recommend Parkers if asked.

Buyers point of view. Emma from Theale provided excellent communication throughout the whole process, keeping us informed of the position of our sellers and our buyers (even though we sold through a different agent). Emma was approachable in all aspects of the purchase and always replied to messages promptly. All matters were dealt with sensitivity and a splash of assertivness when needed, great at getting things going with the solicitors and our own agents, who post sale were pretty useless! If you want a relatively stress free purchase or sale pay the extra 0.5% and go with these guys.

We sold our house last year with Parkers in Theale and were really happy with the service we got. Right from the initial valuation visit everything they did was quick and professional. They lined a number of viewings up straight away and our house sold within a week. What really marked them out for us though amongst the many other organisations we had to deal with during our move was how great their customer service was - they were always easily contactable, did everything straight away and were very pro-active with our new house builders and solicitors who were not easy to deal with. It was nice feeling someone was on our side. They were an ocean of calm during a very stressful time. Definitely recommended!
