First class service

Moving house is said to be the most stressful thing you can do. Not when you have Emma and Alan on the case! They were great. We had to sell fast to ensure we never lost the property we had found in Wales. Alan had the house on the market with great pics and 360 degree virtual viewing within 48 hours of first contact, and several viewings lined up thereafter. We sold in less than a week. Emma looked after everything going forward and despite the covid issues provided a first class service. Always on the end of a phone or prompt with email responses. Could not have asked for more. First class!!!

Excellent service

Me and my girlfriend were first time buyers, and Parkers Theale made it really easy for us. They really made us feel like they wanted our business and was always on the other end of the phone. Emma George, the sales progressor, was especially brilliant. As she kept the ball rolling after everything slowed up during the Covid-19 lockdown, she was the one who kept on going, chased our solicitors and finalised the move. So we couldn't be more happy with her and the whole Parkers Theale team

Quick sale with a smooth transaction and great communication

Chose Parker’s over purple brick and were glad we did. Alan England knows his clients and before our house had gone onto the market he had sold it to someone on Parker’s books who were looking for a property like ours. It’s this-family friendly approach that meant he had local knowledge to make a quick sale. Alan also secured us a higher price than purple brick had suggested therefore increasing any saving we may have made. Communication from Emma was just right from the start with the right attitude, politeness and regularity to keep us informed without constant pestering. Everything went smoothly and quickly so couldn’t be happier.

I recently used Parker's Theale when purchasing a house. As a first time buyer (buying alone) it was quite a daunting experience, but not with Parkers supporting me throughout the process. From start to finish, I felt that I was given such a personal service. Both James and Alan were always happy to chat through concerns, and provide updates throughout the process. From start to finish, nothing but a well structured, professional and seamless interaction I had with Parker’s. Primarily this is down to Georgia Crew, Georgia was very professional throughout and assisted me with my many questions. Despite the current climate, I was still able to collect keys for my new property, this was a big help for me and greatly appreciated. Overall, Georgia has been fantastic! A stressless sale.

Having had our property with another Estate Agent for over a year and not sold, we asked Parker’s, Theale to act for us. Within a short space of time they found the family for our home. The whole team was professional and courteous at all times and kept us fully informed in advance of viewings, and gave a full verbal or WhatsApp report and feed back after each viewing. Today was exchange day, new home in time for Christmas! Moving can be so stressful but from the off Parkers in Theale have made things easier wherever possible. From looking out for our indoor cat and giving him treats on viewings when we were out to checking progress of the buying and selling along the way and ensuring things were going as smoothly as possible. I have nothing but praise for the service I received from Parkers of Theale. They made my house sale a smooth and painless process - all the more remarkable since everything was arranged remotely and all communication was over the phone or by email.
