Great agency for selling and buying. My partner and I have both bought and sold with them and each time the process has been seamless. Even during the hopeless time of the lockdown, they were still able to get viewings and find a buyer for our propriety. the most unfriendly agent if you are…

the most unfriendly agent if you are tenant. They always sided with landlords and we had a terrible time having got a property thru them. They always sided with un reasonable claims by landlord. Manage property by them is a joke, never take a stand for a tenant. You are at the mercy of your landlord. We are glad we are out of one of rented poperty thru them. When i got out they tried to keep my 90% of deposit thru unreasonable claims, i blame them as they never put any sense to landlord claims, through TDS poeple by raising a case, i got my 75% of deposit back. Fight for your right, i must say. I wish i never go into any property manage by these realestate agents.

Alan and Emma have been a pleasure to deal with during our recent purchase of one of the properties they were marketing. The transaction process took quite a bit of nursing along and they were there every step of the way to help get the sale over the line. This approach is far superior to some other agents who outsource the post offer acceptance process to 'move managers' working in remote locations.
