Sold some land using Parkers in Theale. All of the staff were friendly, professional & provided an excellent service. My sale had some bumps along the way & Alan England dealt with them perfectly & I was surprised how easily he dealt with them. This is the second time I have used Parkers & it will not be the last. Don't waste your time getting quotes from their competitors when Parkers always provide the best service.

Extremely poor experience with Parkers as a tenant. Multiple maintenance issues were reported within weeks of moving in, including a flickering landing light and broken velux blind, which took months to be addressed despite repeated chasing. We were promised a gardener at the start of the tenancy which never materialised. On checkout, we were presented with a list of charges two months after vacating, well beyond any reasonable timeframe, including charges for issues we had reported as pre-existing and a cleaning charge despite us paying £280 for a professional end of tenancy clean. We have raised a formal dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and are pursuing legal action through the small claims court to recover our deposit. Throughout the tenancy, communication was slow and we frequently had to follow up multiple times to get any response. Would not recommend to any prospective tenants.

My brother and I can thoroughly recommend the friendly and professional service that Parkers have given us. The photography and 360 virtual tour were of a high quality and at no extra cost, and our property was always very visible on the major property search websites. The Covid lockdown presented a tricky period to sell, but Alan has always been a pleasure to deal with - never pushy and always happy to follow our lead. 2016 - A very helpful, efficient & truthful service from start to finish. Both Emma and Alan were on-call to answer queries, to provide solutions and provide a seamless transition between offer and liaisons with our solicitor. Upon completion all the relevant documents were quickly received and a kind gesture of a paid meal in the village was greatly appreciated. 2022 - another seemless service from Parker’s. Parkers have been absolutely amazing throughout our house sale and move, from day one when Alan visited to provide a valuation throughout the proceedings to completion. Alan is friendly, charming and professional,he put us under no pressure to sell but was quickly able to get things moving when we decided to. His valuation was spot on and we had a buyer within a week of putting the house on the market. Ellie was very communicative and kept us informed throughout the home visits as Parkers carried out the viewings. Emma has been fantastic, updating us as things proceeded via a WhatsApp group set up specifically for the house sale and liaising with the other parties on the chain and the Solicitors. Excellent service from Parkers, and Ellie in particular, this was my third attempt at trying to purchase an investment property, with the previous two falling through so needless to say I was slightly nervous on this one.. The whole process went extremely well and was very swift - Ellie's communication was excellent all the way along, keeping me up to date on all aspects of the purchase, as well as recommending a very good, reasonably priced solicitor - I would recommend Parker's whole heartedly to any potential customer, be it sale or purchase. I have been looked after by Georgia and Natasha for 5 years as a private tenant and can't recommend them enough! They are helpful, efficient, polite, friendly and professional. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Whenever I had any issues regarding repairs to the property, I new I was in safe hands and it would be resolved quickly. They were always on the other end of the phone to talk through anything and offer advice, as well as responding quickly to emails and processing documentation. A brilliant team.

I recently purchased a property through Parker’s Estate agents in Theale. Every single staff member went above and beyond expectations. James spent months showing me houses and helped me find the perfect one (he has patience of a saint). When things got complicated with my purchase Alan was there at the end of the phone and quite literally fixed everything for me. Finally Simon was the light at the end of the tunnel, we had 4 people in a chain and some extremely challenging solicitors and other estate agents to deal with. However, Simon was there every step of the way, he did above and beyond what he needed to do and kept the entire chain together. I couldn’t be any more grateful to the Team at Parkers and if I could turn back the clock, I would of done my sale through them. Mainly because when you needed to speak on the phone, they actually picked up and spoke to you. No problem was too big or couldn’t be solved. I just can not praise the Parkers Theale team highly enough. The team in Theale helped us with the purchase of our new home and we could not be more happy with the service received. Primarily dealing with Alan and Emma, the entire team at the Theale office are friendly and professional to speak with, and the level of knowledge and communication received from all was second to none. Alan understood that with a baby due we were eager to proceed quickly with finding our next home arranging viewings for us quickly, even coming back to us at 9pm on a Friday night to confirm a second viewing for the following day. A chain further up the line arose, which inevitably delayed the process, and communication from all the other parties did lack, however, this was not the case with Parker’s. Emma went above and beyond to ensure that we were kept informed at every stage and kept the ball rolling throughout by following up with solicitors at all levels of the chain for details of what was happening. We have just sold our house through Parkers estate agents (Theale Office). I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and the professional service we received. Simon Gregory was our lead agent. He was professional, knowledgeable and proactive. After our house being on the market with other agents for 18 months, we had three offers in the first two weeks once we moved to Parkers. The photos were great, including aerial photos. Simon and his team (Alan England and James Barston) arranged multiple viewings and were always courteous and helpful - even managing two large dogs in the process. Emma George was the Parkers Sales Progressor who managed the sale after the offers were accepted. She was our lifeline when times were hard (difficulties further down the chain). Particularly Georgia on the lettings team was one of the most helpful people I've ever met. Always had time to take my call and when ever anything broke in the house Georgia was always there to let us know what was happening and when. Alan at Parkers Theale was an absolute diamond, he helped me through many problems I had with my purchase as the vendors were an absolute nightmare having tried to sell their property twice through two different estate agents without either estate agents knowing or the prospective purchasers (me being one of them). It all got sorted out in the end and I moved in to my new purchase on the 20/09/2019 at Aldermaston Wharf. Alan was on the end of a phone 24/7 and without his help I probably would have walked away from the purchase. We bought our first house in Theale using Parkers back in 2015, and we've just sold that and bought our new property, both using Parkers again. It was lovely to see Alan and the fabulous team again during this move. Within days, we had a buyer. It wasn't a particularly smooth process this time round as a global pandemic hit smack back in the middle, but you can't really plan for that! Our sales progressor, Emma, took everything in her stride and did a truly wonderful job of getting things moving along in particularly challenging circumstances.
