Parkers were amazing help and always went above and beyond to help and support us through our move. They were very efficient in getting back to us in regards to viewings etc. Also really helpful with any queries and questions we had. Emma George was brilliant when it came to the paperwork and solicitor side. Always happy to help and would chase for updates etc.Really happy with Parkers and their overall service.

Emma George is worth her weight in gold! After 9 challenging months that saw us through one collapsed chain and then the lockdown, Emma has been an absolute superstar - ensuring that both us and our buyers were receiving regular updates, chasing up the other estate agents and generally keeping things going. We feel that without Emma, it's likely we wouldn't have been able to keep hold of our original buyers throughout, so a BIG thank you for trying to make things as stress-free as possible! Having bought and now sold through Parkers, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

In a relatively slow market, Daniel's team secured an offer after two weeks of marketing and showing the house. They accompanied every viewing and gave prompt feedback. During conveyancing we were in a fairly long chain. Daniel helped coordinate the sales/purchases to move towards exchange. GoogleMarion looked after us initially with the valuation and the whole team who saw the move through were fantastic. We've had experience with the other Tadley estate agents wether it be attempting to sell or viewing properties and I have to say Parker's stood out of the crowd. They were so helpful, polite, professional, communicative and accomodating to all our needs. The virtual tour feature made our property stand out and helped us get more serious buyers that had a chance to have a virtual look around before they came. I've recommended several other people to use Parker's too as it turns out you actually can trust estate agents after all, just got to get the right one. GoogleDon't rent from them. They will help landlord to rip you off. I have met few agencies. Parkers is surely the worst so far. Especially if one day they have a house came up in Redlands area. Landlord is a cheap mean old man and he and Parkers treat tenant disrespectfully. And rip you off when you move out.

GoogleWe found Parkers in Tadley to be very proactive and very professional, yet natural and friendly in their approach. We dealt mostly with Marion Goldsmith and Dan Baxter and both were excellent in communicating with us where necessary. We felt confident in leaving them to sort out issues that cropped up. Although we finally accepted an offer below full price, we were happy with the amount we sold for. We had a fixed price agreement in place with Parkers but at no time were pressured to drop the price; rather they fully supported us in rejecting low offers. We were aware we could have gone with one of the new 'no commission' agents, and I looked into it. We took a chance, being too busy to follow things through ourselves, and the service we received from Parkers in my opinion fully justified the cost. Chose Parker’s over purple brick and were glad we did. Alan England knows his clients and before our house had gone onto the market he had sold it to someone on Parker’s books who were looking for a property like ours. It’s this-family friendly approach that meant he had local knowledge to make a quick sale. Alan also secured us a higher price than purple brick had suggested therefore increasing any saving we may have made. Communication from Emma was just right from the start with the right attitude, politeness and regularity to keep us informed without constant pestering. Everything went smoothly and quickly so couldn’t be happier.

Specially from Emma she was amazing, updated us all the way through, from submitting our offer to right when we picked the keys up, we couldn’t thank her enough for all her advice and support along the way, no question was to small or silly, purchasing our first home during Covid-19 wasn’t ideal but Parker’s made it happen! GoogleWe have recently moved into a property let by Parker’s Tilehurst after our previous landlord decided to sell. Our circumstances were not the most straightforward, however Parker’s have been brilliant! Very understanding and helpful and a lovely team to deal with. There have been a couple of issues in the property on moving in and those have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. During what has been a stressful few months for us, Jayne and Georgee in particular have made moving into our new home as easy and as smooth as possible and we really appreciate all that they’ve done for us!

GoogleI recently used Parker's Theale when purchasing a house. As a first time buyer (buying alone) it was quite a daunting experience, but not with Parkers supporting me throughout the process. From start to finish, I felt that I was given such a personal service. Both James and Alan were always happy to chat through concerns, and provide updates throughout the process. Everything was handled with extreme care and professionalism and I'm really happy with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend using Parker's as a Buyer.
