Excellent service

Me and my girlfriend were first time buyers, and Parkers Theale made it really easy for us. They really made us feel like they wanted our business and was always on the other end of the phone. Emma George, the sales progressor, was especially brilliant. As she kept the ball rolling after everything slowed up during the Covid-19 lockdown, she was the one who kept on going, chased our solicitors and finalised the move. So we couldn't be more happy with her and the whole Parkers Theale team

Don't rent from them. They will help landlord to rip you off. I have met few agencies. Parkers is surely the worst so far. Especially if one day they have a house came up in Redlands area. Landlord is a cheap mean old man and he and Parkers treat tenant disrespectfully. And rip you off when you move out.

Recently completed on a super long purchase of over 7 months and 10 people in the chain. Impressed from the moment I met the estate agent, Chrissie. She showed us around a few properties all in one afternoon to save us making more visits to the area than necessary. Then for the next 7 months she made 110% effort to ensure I was kept in contact in regards to the purchase and chased all the way the down the chain continually. Amazing customer service. Definitely recommend her at Parkers. Due to the Coronavirus she had to leave the branch, but then her manager Stuart was great in keeping me in the loop too and we managed to compete in this difficult time. Thanks 🙏

I have to say I couldn't fault Parker's , I had plenty of viewings and any questions I had were answered quickly and honestly. Emma was so helpful and efficient and calmed my fears on my moving date as we weren't sure it would go ahead with lockdown just being announced but Emma was there to help and help she did, so very grateful to her. I would highly recommend using Parkers to anyone thinking of selling and/or moving with them. Once again many thanks.

Great service from Parkers throughout our house sale. Special thanks to Ellie Richardson who conducted the lion's share of the viewings and Emma George, who was our main contact post offer. Anyone buying or selling needs Emma in their life! She was amazing. We also used Parkers recommended removals company, Berkshire Moves, who were quite frankly outstanding. Thanks for getting us moved.
