GoogleIn a very difficult market it took ages to sell our property but Dale, Chrissie and the rest of the team at Parkers kept going and were always available to discuss things with us. Once we did have a buyer they were excellent at guiding us through our offer process and then managing the chain and co-ordinating all the relevant parties especially the solicitors. That 'chain management' was priceless and took a lot of stress away from what is an extremely stressful time! Many thanks to everyone at Parkers Burghfield for helping us to get our dream move to Cornwall!

GoogleStuart, Kyle and the team at Parkers in Burghfield Common have been incredibly professional and responsive throughout our house sale and purchase of a new property. The team understood our brief and provided us with help and guidance both with the sale of our property to a local first time buyer and with a property we wanted purchase. I should add that this was also during the uncertain times brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. Parkers response to this was also handled with complete professionalism. I would recommend Parkers to my friends and family.

GoogleRecently sold our property with Parkers - what a great experience! After 50 viewings, our chain had fallen through with another local agent, who was incapable of finding suitable buyers. Parkers were far more focused, understanding exactly what sort of buyers the house would appeal to, setting up fewer but more targeted viewings, leading to a quicker and more reliable offer. Harry, Callum and Ryan did a great job during the marketing and viewing period. Emma then ensured that information flowed up and down the chain, keeping our buyer on board during a lengthy conveyancing period. Having also dealt with many other (often unscrupulous) agents as a buyers, we would not recommend any of them, but would definitely use Parkers again.

Harry, Callum, James and team were very efficient, professional and always kept us informed with details. Harry at times really went above and beyond to help us wherever possible and we couldn't fault him at all. When it came to sales progression we were very lucky to have Emma George who was fantastic. GoogleRecently sold through Parkers Earley and I have to say they were excellent. Right through from my first meeting with James, to my dealings with Harry and Callum who took the photos. Emma dealt with the sale progress and she was especially good. On the ball all the time and professional in all her dealings with me. I recommended a friend use Parkers for her house sale and she too has been really pleased. GoogleWe would highly recommend Parkers. From start to finish they have been so helpful and supportive. We put our house up for sale and got a buyer before the house was listed online. Dan who came to value the house was so friendly and down to earth. Charlie who did the viewings at our house was great. He gave me immediate feedback without delay. And Emma who pushed the sale through was amazing. I honestly dont think things would have moved forward if it wasnt for her hard work and persistance. We have been extremely lucky to have sold our house for full asking price and complete within 10 weeks, all while going through a pandemic. My review is based solely on my experience with Emma George.As soon as Emma took over the sale of Penney Way, she was in constant contact with me (as the buyer), keeping me informed at all times as to what she was doing, What was happening (or not) & what she was next intending to do.She remained my only source of constant contact throughout the process (when lockdown began). Emma chased up every solicitor within chain, remained in contact with G.Pees & put everyone else in touch with each other when they weren't communicating, coordinating the entire chain. Her hard work & persistence has now paid off and i feel that she played the most integral role in making this move happen.I have been incredibly impressed with Emma & wouldn't hesitate to use her for any future sales/purchases.Samantha Kuflik

GoogleBy far the best in Chinnor. Wouldn't use any others especially now we've spoken and dealt with them all personally. Parker's are miles better in their service, professionalism and knowledge. I felt the other agents we spoke to locally weren't being honest with me in regards to the properties I wanted to look at, and I also felt they weren't willing to put my offers forwards to the home owners... Pretty sure that's illegal? We got an amazing property at Parker's for an amazing price. Couldn't be happier.
