Terrible experience renting a house through Parkers tilehurst. Repairs not carried out in a timely manner, rude staff in their lettings team. No responsibility taken for tenants health and safety it’s all about protecting the landlords. Be wary when renting a property through Parkers and check who the landlord is if it is managed by them. Also put everything in writing if you do rent thought them. Anything verbal will be lied about and told it didn’t happen. Finally 3 years of stress, grief and upset is now over since we’ve moved away from Parkers!

Parker's dealt with both our Sale & Purchase. On our Sale we invited three agents to price our property, Parker's were by far the outstanding agent that we discussed the sale with, their local market knowledge, their realistic pricing, their superior approach to marketing our property and their communications during the sale process made the experience easy to deal with and led to a successful sale at our targeted price. Our purchase was made a much easier process due to the fantastic level of communication from their team and especially our main contact Simon Gregory. Every detail of the process was communicated in a very efficient and timely manner, all questions were always answered and resulted in us buying a property in a location we had always wanted to live in. Every member of the Parker's team were a pleasure to deal with, always pleased to help and always responded to our queries, if you are selling or buying I would not hesitate in recommending Parker's as your approved Estate Agent.
