Just purchased a new house with Parker’s and they have been amazing throughout- we have had our share of terrible estate agents recently but Parker’s made everything as stress free as possible. GoogleWe had a fantastic experience of recently purchasing our new home through Parkers. Although we were not their clients, they treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy at all times. It was a very difficult and stressful time as we were buying during the lockdown but Brendan and Gary were always very available, responsive and helpful. I'm a tenant of a property managed by Parkers in Reading. Just avoid if you can. There's an extreme lack of communication and no real customer service when you can get hold of your property manager. They are very happy to take your money and don't offer much in return from a tenant's point of view. Also, they have a number of regional offices in Reading but they seem to have little to no autonomy in making their own decisions or completing processes so you always have to go into the town centre branch to sign any forms or hand back keys.

When we sold the process was smooth and the contact we received couldn’t be faulted, we always knew what was going on, and never had to ask questions, they were always pre-empted. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Parker’s again and would recommend to my friends and family.

Totally unprofessional. Did not turn up to viewing after making appointment. Didn't even bother to call. Finally called back 2 days later and got the wrong name and asked how the viewing went. Totally clueless. There are much better estate agents in Reading so I would definitely avoid Parkers.
As discussed, our colleague was delayed due to a major incident at their prior appointment. Due to the nature of the incident, they were unable to call to advise you they would be running behind schedule. Your claim we did not attend is false - we did attend, but arrived approximately 10 minutes later than expected.
