I was delighted with the professional service received from Parkers Theale in selling my mother's house. In fact, the word 'professional' barely does it justice, as it was more personal and friendly than that. Mr English, in particular, could not have been more kind and helpful at every stage of the process. His photos and the web page definitely drew a lot of interest, and he kept us informed regularly, giving helpful advice whenever it was requested. His local knowledge is immense and his valuation was spot on. We got our asking price, and the payment to Parkers was worth every penny!

GoogleI’ve rented with a total of 5 lettings agents and never have I been met with such incompetence, negligence, and apathy as when I rented with Parkers. They are incredibly hard to get a hold of, and when they do finally answer the phone, they are rude and patronising. They ask to send documents which you’ve previously given them and do all they can to suck any money out of you without an ounce of empathy. If I ever have to rent again or am in the fortunate enough position to rent out a property myself, Parkers would be the very last company I choose. Frankly, I hope someone takes over the management and teaches them all a lesson in good customer service.
