GoogleIf you are a student (or anyone else for that matter) AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Boiler had to be fixed every other week resulting in countless days without heating, and no compassion from Nicholas humphreys. Tried scamming us out of deposit money for problems that were not present when our tenancy ended. Shameless.

GoogleI got the best welcoming to my new room this morning. The accommodation is so beautiful and clean and the manager is so polite and kind as well. I feel happy and relaxed and I look forward to a great time here. Also I got a really nice welcome package as well.

GoogleFound a listing on a student property website. I was less than a few weeks from travelling to Sheffield so needed a place asap. A few hiccups at the start but Nicholas and Sue sorted everything out and secured me a room in a matter of days! After reading tons of reviews by students of how their agents wouldn't bother about their emails and calls when their accommodation was breaking down, I'm glad to have found Nicholas Humphreys. House is still pristine in the moment but if things ever break down in the future , I'm confident they'll get it sorted out swiftly. Tldr; Professional, timely and friendly folks! Would definitely recommend their service.

GoogleWe’ve just bought a house through Nick Humphryes in Crookes and would thoroughly recommend them. We’d been around the various agents in Sheffield a few times and none offered the quality, friendly service that Nicholas gave us. It’s hard to come by in an estate agent on a good day, but even more so in the current property market! Despite our solicitors unfortunately being poor at communicating, Nicholas always kept us in the loop the best he could and I don’t know what we would have done without him. GoogleThey are very helpful and professional. Ollie Simango, lettings person at Nicholas Humpreys helped me find a tenant . From the word go he communicated well with me, came to take the photos of the flat and kept me updated in terms of progress. They found me a tenant sooner than I thought and I wished I had got in touch with them earlier. I spoke to the owner of estate agent once and he also was very pleasant and polite to me. I will definitely use them in future. Ollie was professional, professionally dressed when he came to meet me and tool his time to explain everything. Their service was tenant finding and they send files, funds once all was done in a timely manner . Thank you so much guys

GoogleThe worst ever experience from a student estate agent. DO NOT USE. The following reasons: Tried to scam us out of our deposit - if you're a tough cookie you can bully them back to get some. Viewing times are given as such - this afternoon 9-5. Not 24 hours before, not specific time. Asked us to break lockdown which is illegal to return keys during covid era. No flexibility on Covid. Tried to charge extra rent when unable to return keys due to covid - absolute scum.

GoogleRented a student house with friends, my room wasn't finished when I first moved in with decorating stuff everywhere (no compensation received). When chasing deposit during COVID, I was overpaid and had to send the money back. My fellow tenants have had delay after delay in getting their deposits back, despite repeated phone calls from myself with assurances that the deposits had been sent back and would be with us shortly still no end. Strikes me as really unprofessional and in-efficient. Based on my experience really wouldn't recommend.
