GoogleI will never advice any one to use their service You will have a very hard time ..when it come to rent related issues and their communication is really bad Avoid them if possible and read any agreement given to you from them carefully.

GoogleGreat letting agency with enormous capacity of understanding and support the needs off the tenant. I recommend them for their professional attention to details. The best communication and problem resolution. The only letting agency you can trust that they do what they promise and beyond that.

GoogleWe had a lot of issues in the house we were renting and it took emails after emails to get them to solve it. Our biggest problem was when we had issues with our bills provider and while we were trying to solve the dispute they weren't not responsive and not cooperating. They were good to start with but the service was terrible at the end. Hope they priotise solving issues. (Please do not reply to this review)

GoogleI have rented a house in Portsmouth and letting agency was Nicolas Humphreys. At the start i heard a lot of bad things about letting agencies and some of my friends were actually suffering because of it. But with Nicola Humphreys , it was a different experience altogether. - Co operative - Friendly - Timely responsive - Professional Specially Ben Lacey-Birch, has helped me a lot. Letting agency has done all the checks on time which helped me implement the suggestions as well. I would highly recommend anyone to reach out to Nicholas Humphreys agency if looking for lettings or house purchase

GoogleThe team recently managed to secure tenants for our student property within 6 weeks. They are incredible professional and kept us updated on viewings, potential tenants and comments made about out property on a regular basis. The process was very smooth start to finish. I would recommend them to any landlord and will definitely be using their services again myself in the future.

GoogleI'd advise people, students especially, to avoid this company. I went to a viewing with my current housemates at which the estate agent told us that we wouldn't be allowed to see the contract until after giving them a £400 deposit. They claimed that this was "standard practice" because, they didn't want to draw up a contract for us not to sign. The reality is that this is not the case at all. All estate agents and most landlords will have a standard form contract that they will make minor adjustments to if necessary. The landlord I'm with currently was more than happy for us to take our time to read the contract before signing or providing a deposit. The same agent also attempted to pressure us into signing by saying that there were very few properties available on the market. A quick search online and chats to other student renters showed that this wasn't true at all and that, it was more than possible to find a property as late as January. Overall, very unprofessional and clearly set on taking advantage of ill-informed students.

GoogleFantastic experience with Nicholas Humphreys acting for the sale of our property. Robbie, in particular, was brilliant throughout the whole process, and we received continuous updates and support at every stage. Our property was only marketed for a short period with multiple viewings, and a sale was agreed immediately after. Thank you for making the journey to completion as stress free and smooth as we could have wished for! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
