He was the first letting agent, after dealing with many while frantically trying to find a new place due to a new job, who really made us feel welcome and that he actually wanted to be there showing us around! I worked with two other agents before Nicholas, who was recommended by another landlord. The difference has been staggering. He takes the same care over my property as he would of his own. Arranging any repairs at rates of almost half those proposed by previous agents. On top of that he ensures new tenants are secured before the old tenants move out so we have not had an empty flat, ever.
