GoogleI've rented two different properties through this agency and on both occasions they have done whatever they can to keep the deposit when I moved out. Trying to claim for all sorts of fabricated damages. Regardless of who's right or wrong they will always take the landlords side because that's who makes them the most money. Avoid these cowboys at all costs. I'd rather sleep rough on the streets than take another property through these scumbags in suits!!

GoogleAbsolute con artists. House was a state when we moved in. Worst thing was a mouldy chicken rotting in a bin full of water in the garden. Garden clearly hadn't been touched as it was full of the last tenant's trash. We left the place 100x cleaner than how we found it and they still had the audacity to try and take our whole deposit. Have avoided them like the plague since and pushed others away from them too.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWill from Nicholas Humphreys looked after us well during our tenancy in a student let in Lenton, resolving any (rare) issues promptly. We had an issue at the end with Tenancy Deposit Scheme at the end which was a shame but all was good otherwise!
