GoogleHad a house viewing booked for a certain time. I showed up at the time only to find they had left just before I arrived. I didn’t receive any calls to let me know. I had to spend 15 minutes on the phone trying to get through only to ultimately be dismissed.

GoogleHad lots of help from Danielle who kindly went to the apartment and filmed everything for me when I was injured and unable to get there myself for an in person viewing, and then she guided me through the entire tenancy so that it was a completely smooth process! Very happy :)

GoogleI CANT RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH!! I have used them as my lettings agent for the last 6 years for my student rental and then used them to sell the house as well. GoogleAs landlords we have found Jon, Dan and our currnt portfolio manager David and in fact all in the offfice extremely proactive, helpful, professional, extremely efficient and friendly.We bought through the office and use them as letting agents. The tradesmen they have recommended for us have also been quick to respond, reasonably priced and the work carried out has been of a high standard. We are looking forward to continuing the long working relationship which started in 2015.

When the landlord we had first signed with let us down and we had to look for another property she went out of her way to help us secure a place for the next academic year and was extremely quick and patient at answering all of our questions. GoogleMy property has been on let with Humphries for a very long time and have had a few property managers over time who have all been great. My current property manager is David pike, he is always helpful when I have any queries and always replies back in a quick time frame.
