GoogleI have been working with Sam, Emma and the team for many years at Nicholas Humphrey’s in Canterbury as a landlord. They are always so organised and efficient when renting out, from conducting viewings, all the paperwork and collecting deposits and guarantees. Everything is seamless and I don’t need to do a thing. They’re always at the end of an email with any queries I have especially with the new legislation. A fantastic business and a faultless team!

GoogleMy son is a student at UEA and will be renting a property with four friends for his second year at university. Stephanie has been assisting with the tenancy arrangements and reference checks, and I have been acting as my son’s guarantor throughout the process. As a parent, I had several questions and needed to clarify various aspects of the tenancy. Stephanie was always professional, friendly, and extremely responsive. She took the time to answer all of my queries promptly and clearly, which made the whole process much less stressful and gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. I have been very impressed with Stephanie’s excellent communication and helpful approach, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to other students and parents looking for support with student accommodation.
