From being totally flexible and working around my young family when it came to initially advertising the property & coordinating awkward viewing times, all the way through to completion (a long road) where Sam and Robbie made themselves available every single time I had a question or query. Can’t recommend them highly enough - thank you lads!

GoogleAs the other reviewers have pointed out, I'd give this a zero rating if it were an option. The place is an absolute joke to deal with, there is no professionalism from any of the staff members. Every single maintenance issue requires weeks/months of back and forth before they admit there is an issue and fix it. We had this on multiple occasions where I'd get the rudest responses from Michael, the recent university graduate that works here and speaks on behalf of the landlords without communicating the issues to them. They never answer the phone or respond to emails and honestly, we can't wait for our contract to end in the coming months so we no longer have to deal with them. Landlords - do not use this place to rent out your properties and for prospective tenants, trust me - it really isn't the year long headache.
