GoogleTried to rob us of an extra share of rent payment and ignored all emails where we proved that we had already paid it, constantly threatening us with legal action despite all of our attempts to help them find the money. Had to resort to threatening to report them for harassment to get them to conveniently find the missing rent payment. Taking advantage of students.
Landlord would also enter the property continually without any notice, and reported problems would take months and months to fix

Please for your own sake do not rent any properties from this estate agency, incompetent staff paired with greedy landlords cost me thousands as they couldn’t be bothered to do their job. If you want a decent estate agents who care and understand students I had a great two years with Neary estates up the road.

GoogleGreat estate agents - very accomodating and did their best to assist me in a tight-timeframe of a move due to external stressors.
Bradley is great and answered all my questions within a quick timeframe. Any time I have had issues (which are miniscule, such as needing electricity, or a maintenance fault on a radiator) employees such as Daniel, Stephanie and **ESPECIALLY** Sahil have been amazing. Everyone there (that I've interacted with) is great - which realistically is hard to find in an estate agents (especially in Norwich.) Sahil has always recognized me, acknowledges me if I walk by, answers my emails promptly, and gives me reassurance (that someone with autism/adhd like myself does need).
Great company - No issues so far (and this is SHOCKING as every previous estate agent in Norwich I have had a plethora of issues with.)
