GoogleWe rented a managed property with Kayley last year and found this year's one with them as well. We were kept informed on ongoing issues, the landlord was incredibly reasonable and our deposit was returned fairly. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI have recently sold a property through Nicholas Humphreys and the service I received throughout the whole process was nothing short of fantastic. I only dealt with one agent throughout. Chris kept me informed and up-to-date from beginning to end. He provided me with very sound advice throughout. I never had to chase a query as they were always answered quickly and in short it was a real pleasure to have an estate agent who did everything so well and so thoroughly. I wholeheartedly recommend Chris and Nicholas Humphreys.

GoogleSo many estate agents out there promise you the world and leave you in the worst possible position, unfortunately I have had to deal with a few as a Landlord. Nick at Humphreys is an exception to this rule. They have provided an outstanding level of service not just to me but to my tenants. They are thorough and concise and exceptionally professional in their work standards. If you are looking for a professional outfit to provide you with exceptional service Humphreys are at the pinnacle of their profession and highly recommended.

GoogleMe and my partner are currently living in one of the student houses ran by this company and all I can say is they are amazing. A few minor issues with the property that got resolved immediately and any questions I had they were there to help. I would especially like to mention Andrew. He has done everything in his power to make our move to uni as easy as possible. He is always there to talk to the landlords for us and is incredibly kind and very fast replying to emails. Honestly if I could rate them higher I would. A lovely team and I wouldn't recommend any other company for students or regular tenants. 10/10.

Googlethis is the first time I've been involved with this letting agent, I was to fit a kitchen arranged by them. Shelley was my go to person, on our initial on site meeting I found Shelley extremely helpful in the planning, and easy to talk to. As the work progressed I needed some questions answered, I was impressed at the speed of my returned calls and messages, even out of office hours seemed to pose no problem at all. The work is now complete and would like to personally thank Shelley for all her help in making this a pleasant experience. kind regards Paul.

Really upbeat, knowledgable of the property and surrounding areas and was happy to answer all the questions we had. She definitely put us at ease that this was the right property and we will be securing the premises. Thankyou for the fabulous service.

GoogleThe team over at Nicholas Humphreys Northampton have been absolutely phenomenal, efficient and welcoming. A truly family ran, people-first business that goes above and beyond on a regular basis. I have rented two student properties through these guys & I cannot praise them enough for the ease of completing all paperwork, the speed of answering any and all queries, and their general decency as people. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Googlegoing through the initial paperwork and setting up was made easy by leanne and Micheal as they explained everything in detail and in a professional manner making the process quick and stress free if i ever had a query they were always available to help me , I did have few issues recently with the property mainly todo with heating of which was swiftly handled by Micheal or Leanne making me one very happy tenant would definatly recommend

GoogleI rented from Nicholas Humphreys for a year, and they were an amazing agency who responded quickly to all issues raised. Their student properties are also some of the best in Durham. Audrey was especially helpful, helping run paying the bills and the upkeep of the property, she also helped find a property as a return customer. Overall brilliant letting agency.

GoogleReally poor communication. Asking for holding deposit, ask for 2million questions, raise the rent, ask if we are still okay with it, we pay and then they give the house for somebody else. Ridiculous
