Google1. DONT CHOOSE THIS AGENCY!!!! The two agents kicked us out of the house earlier than we had agreed to leave, this led us to not be able to properly clear all our belongings from the premises. Therefore we deduced that this was done on purpose to charge us extra fee from our deposit.
2. These people are extremely money hungry which is unfortunate because they pray on students that are only trying to get an accommodation to complete their academic year. Such as charging adding hidden fees in the deposit such as WiFi even though it was never agreed that we pay for WiFi in the contract.
3. The landlord didn’t live in the UK which made it very hard to resolve issues and the company was very reluctant to give us his details which is because it is illegal for landlords to own property if they are not in the UK

GoogleNH is an absolutely decrepit agency with no morals and values for their current tenants whilst prioritising their new ones. I would be here writing this for several light years when talking about the issues with our house going from radiators falling on the floor to suitcase with essential life document be taken by cleaners and given to random people on the street. The landlord and agency don’t communicate at all. And our landlord was living in China so he wasn’t helpful at all - not to mention that owning homes and renting properties in the UK whilst not being a resident is ILLEGAL. Was left days without gas because the landlord was away and couldn’t contact Scottish Power for us. Also was very passive aggressive when we moved out, making us rush within the hour for new tenants that were “moving in tonight” but not didn’t come until several days later. Students please take your services elsewhere and don’t waste your time and money on this nonsense ageny

GoogleAbsolutely horrific experience, WEAPONISED incompetence. I would give them zero stars if I could.
Completely incompetent staff, consistently made accounting mistakes without rent payments and tried to get us to pay THOUSANDS more than we were meant to - took myself calling every day for 3 months and sending countless emails to fix this issue. The house was not clean when we moved in, and the bathroom sink was blocked which they charged us for (£150 to unclog a drain by the way) even though we'd just moved in - bet they charged the previous tenant too by taking it out of their deposit. Old, broken boiler when we moved in - didn't get fixed until 3 months into the tenancy. Consistently didn't tell us about 9 am house viewings until either late the night before or the morning of, and then sent emails complaining that it wasn't spotless despite the lack of notice.
Took £560 of our collective deposit just for cleaning - even though we thoroughly cleaned the house. Prolonged the deposit repayment process - I phoned multiple times while waiting for the process to continue and every person I spoke to blamed it on someone else in their department. Again, weaponised incompetence - the length of time taken meant my house had to accept the charges as we needed the money back and they were deliberately taking advantage of the fact that we're students and don't have the money to let the deposit issue go on for as long as they tried to make it.
Please please never use this company.

Google!!!They have 1 star on trust pilot be warned!!! If you have any issues at all they will charge you. we had a faulty boiler and they charged us 300 quid for the inspection which found no issues. Cold water for a month without fix.

Hi Taro. Thank you for your feedback, however we do not feel this is a fair reflection. You reported a fault with your boiler to our out of hours service on Friday 27th September, the out of hours contractor attended and in their words “found the hot water working on site and could not find a fault.” Since this date, you have not made any further reports or communicated in any way that the hot water is not working or we would have looked into this further. We cannot fix issues we are not made aware of.

Update to my previous review - Shelley has recently joined the team and now manages my property, she has hit the ground running. She keeps me in the loop with regards to works to go on at the house, as well as with the tenants. She liaises with people in the trade for the best quote for me.
