GoogleAWFUL ! I lived in 3 different student accommodation and dealt with 3 different agencies and I must say this one was the worst , the communication was horrendous nothing was being done or even communicated to me as to when it will be or what is happening , I had to chase up my refund for about 3 months and only received it the day after they said it would arrive , I whole heartedly do not recommend unless you enjoy chasing up the same thing 15 times And I never leave reviews so this has taking a lot for me to write this review

GoogleGreat bunch that help across all aspects of the rental phase, if your new to it then they help you every step of the way. You can manage as much or as little as you want so there is plenty of flexibility. I would recommend highly if you want a stress free rental that works in the background.

GoogleGave 3 stars purely for my previous property manager Thomas. He was fab. Always responded and did his best to help me get problems sorted. Since he has left I have heard nothing regarding a severe mould and damp problem I have had for over 2 years now. Every time I call I get told a different answer. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Starting to ruin my sofa but they don’t care. Chain was broken on my front door by a drunk resident of another flat in the building, I have been asking for it to be replaced for 3 years, was finally updated and told I had to pay £70 for a new one. I don’t think so.

GoogleThe whole experience was incredibly smooth. I am about to rent a student property with N. Humphrey’s and the quality of the place is incredible. Furthermore everything and everyone is really helpful. Especially Danielle is incredibly helpful. From viewing to being always ready to answer and help me understand my (stupid) questions. Would definitely recommend.
