Jess Kay manages to combine being very professional with being very personable to deal with. She is extremely constructive and effective in finding student groups for our different properties and the feed back we get from tenants is always positive.

Beware of this letting agent. They do not operate their business fair. Only interested in you for your business to get your money but don’t treat tenants fair at all when you use them .

I have been in student properties with Nicholas Humphreys for two years and my experience has been great. They make the viewing and application process very simple and are proactive throughout the tenancy as well. They have created a very positive student housing experience for myself and my friends, so I would definitely recommend them to other students in Canterbury.

The best service at the best price! I live 2 hours away from Stoke on trent and as a landlord that likes to takes their duty of care seriously, I am grateful that I chose to use NHs, I am duly informed of any issues and this often comes with a resolution. Therefore I know they are on the case so I can have peace of mind. I get better service from the team there then I do from other agencies where I pay a premium for a supposedly no nonsense service. They give great advice and I wouldn't have even bought the property without their consultation. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work! Also, on a specific issue where the neighbours roof collapsed that affected and condemned my property, I had updates, visits, advice and general tenant advice and was very happy with the way it was dealt with. Many thanks to the team;

Flat rental - From arranging the viewing to moving out of the property, Nicholas and Sue were fantastic. There were a few minor issues related to the heating and interior of the property which were sorted promptly and efficiently. My previous experience renting in Sheffield had been pretty dire and they have restored my faith that letting agents can actually be really decent people who take pride in delivering excellent service across the board. We have been letting our property to students through Nicholas Humphreys for 10 years, and have found them to be efficient, friendly, helpful and communicative throughout this time. We have dealt with various staff members over the years, most recently Liam - all of them have been courteous and lovely to deal with. We decided to sell our property and naturally decided to do this through Nicholas Humphreys too. Kevin dealt with our sale, and we had a buyer within two weeks of putting the house on the market. Kevin kept in close touch with us all the way through the process, and the sale completed yesterday. We highly recommend Nicholas Humphreys both as letting agents and as estate agents - thank you and best wishes to all the staff we have had the pleasure of dealing with!

Been with the agent quite a few years , and problems I've had in the past haven't been delt with great or at all sometimes ,but since having Bikram take over things are being sorted and Simon the maintenance man has been brilliant,very professional and doesn't stop untill the job is complete and it's nice that some one cares about what he's doing and does the job right ,lovely bloke to talk to and deal with . Nicolas Humphreys keep him on the payroll he's a top bloke who will complete jobs correctly!!
