GoogleThe agents are very nice and understanding. There were many times we needed help such as getting a new fridge or washing machine and they got back to us as soon as possible. Thank you guys for a great service over 2 years for us!

GoogleI didn’t have a very good experience with Nicholas Humphrey’s. I decided not to go through with moving into the property however I found a replacement who I was told signed the new contract. However due to one of the other tenants not signing the new contract I was just subletting my room which I wasn’t made aware of until I looked into it myself. They never chased for the new contact to be signed from the other individual either so that subletting wouldn’t have been the case. Also I didn’t receive my deposit back for two years after I had signed the contract despite chasing them up on this multiple times and being told someone would be in touch the next day which also never happened. I only received my deposit back when threatening to take legal action, which resulted in the deposit being sent to me straight away. I did not have a good experience with this letting company. I would strongly advise not letting with this company.

GoogleStephanie, It was a pleasure meeting you yesterday and a massive thank you for coming over to the property whilst we were there and walking around the house noting down all the issues. Couldn’t have been much fun and I can imagine at times very awkward but you were very friendly and professional throughout. Thank you for emailing the list of issues and also acting on them as soon as you got back to the office, this didn’t go unnoticed by us and we were commenting how amazing you have been most of the day. Our son is now at the property and obviously feels compelled to get the house up to standard for his house mates before they arrive. You have contacted him when promised and also acted upon what is needed or required below which is amazing. You have put him at ease and he can relax knowing everything will be sorted and is in your capable hands. You are such an asset to Nicholas Humphrey’s and made our day so much less stressful. Thank you so much. I really hope you know how good you are at your job and I’m sure you would be an asset at any company. please can you pass this on to your Manager/s so that they can recognise the excellent work you are doing and how happy you have made a young lad and his parents. It’s a daunting time for all and you have made everything so much easier. I can see that Stephanie receives alot of praise from reading other reviews and rightly so. A great company to deal with.
